    Pros +

    • Nothing!
    • I never ate breakfast here. The location was excellent there was an Aldi right across the street with a gas station. Four miles in any direction would get me anything I needed and I had a car.
    • The house was quite spacious, with beautiful scenery, and complete facilities.

    Cons -

    • Absolutely nothing made me go WOW. The home was run down, had no ability for a handicapped person to move freely. I would have thought that the staff could have made an exception for an extra vehicle on 1 day! Our son was married while we were there and our daughter wasn't allowed to drive in and park only to do my wife's hair...so maybe 1 hour!
    • There were four steps up to the unit no I guess they're actually eight but at least there was a handrail to use which was better than previous location I was in. Other than that I had no complaints.

. Other than that everything was fabulous The next time I will ask for a house on a flat surface so I don't have to deal with those steps. Absolutely superior accommodation given by the manager, who helped me to charge my electric car that I had no experience with just a fabulous staff that were ever willing to smooth out any difficulties.

The steps to the chalet, and having to park on an incline that was surrounded by bricks that I scratched my car on. The cable TV could have had more options.

The heat was unbearable in cottage 16 - the curtains provided no relief

    8ElizabethPosted on: 4-5-2025

    Cooked my own

Restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday. Arrived Monday evening and had to leave park to go shopping for food as restaurant closed.

    Convenient location

There were some defects and misssing inventory when we arrived but staff were quick to put them right. However the house was up a cul de sac. It snowed while we were there and the snow ploughs were out in force except along the cul de sac which had a different road surface

    Location

The accommodation was stinky (before us i think was some with dogs). Under the couch pillow was a lot of pet hair. We cannot us the vacuum cleaner(way to stinky)

Great location and very calm and tranquil

Walls in bedrooms were dirty, the bed linen had old mould stains.

We loved the Brunssummerheide, which was next to EuroParcs. A lot of hiking trails. The parc is in the middle of nature. The house was nicely designed, fitting well with the surroundings.

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was a nice little resort in the middle of forest . Very pretty. Huge garden. Open swimming area and playground was nearby. Restaurant was very nice with a great view.

Beds were not nice and creeky when you move . they didn’t even put sheets on the bed . You have to pay for bedsheets and then pay to put them on . No soap even for the toilet . Even baby chair was for a pay .every small thing was for a pay for very little value . There were not many playgrounds and no other amenities.

Fantastic accommodation, includes everything you need for self catering. Very clean around the site, workers constantly there to keep it looking tidy. The lake was absolutely fantastic during the hot weather. Having the Aldi just outside the Parc is a massive bonus. Can't fault this place for a family with active kids, also Germany and Belgium offer great places to visit.

Would have loved aircon but not a major issue.

Camp is in an ideal location, very tranquil and for us very good distance to visit family as well as Germany, Belgium. Facilities and accommodation really good. Shop a couple hundred meters away so really convenient for self catering accommodation.

    Nothing to dislike.

    Privacy, big hause, green area

There was a leak water at the bath cabin, I informed the reception at first day, but they did not pay attention, after had a bath we wipe the floor it was terrible because bathroom ground was wooden flooring. And home was very dusty, I think no one stayed here for a long time. Bed covers were very very very dusty so we did not use . House was very nice, garden is very nice, very peaceful area

Modern and big sliding window onto terrace. Comfortable sofa and good tv.

Terrible bedding on small single beds. Not sufficient parking. We were there during a long weekend and it was sooo full of people, it was unpleasant.

Nice chalet with all you need for comfortabel stay. Clean, with good beds, perfectly working shower, tv, internet and kitchen appliances. I would choose it again for my vacation.

    Bad pillows.

    10ThomasPosted on: 12-13-2023

Perfect space and facilities within the chalet for a weekend catching up with friends. Will definitely be using this Parc again.

I missed some of the additional charges, but overall this was still great value for money. Getting access to the village when we arrived late was a little tricky (gate was shut and we couldn't find the key box!).

    9JasonPosted on: 12-8-2023

We have stayed there a few other times and each time was never a disappointment. Each house is unique. Convenience to see our local friends and do the things we use to do locally. The Brasserie was impeccably delicious and cozy. The receptionists were amazing with customer service and friendly. It felt like being home.

The cost of towels was a bit pricey. Could have gone to Blokker and got a whole set of cushy plushy towels for the price and we couldn’t use the electrical charging box to charge our full electrical vehicles. Luckily, my husband found a place across the street to use by the bus station to charge our car.
