Hotel Edenpark

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience special was the host’s exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The host was attentive, approachable, and always willing to help. Thank you Thanh An!

Warm cordial hotel owners, exceedingly clean. Excellent breakfast!

room with balcony

someone hit the wall at 10PM probably complaining for noise coming from my room but i was just preparing the suitcase for next day so either the hotel walls are not properly insulated for sound or the other room occupant was having an exaggerated reaction

Room was comfortable and big enough. TV was nice, bathroom was good.

Beds could be better.

The location was convenient. Quiet and near the city center, close to a beautiful park.Friendly and helpful staff. A nice breakfast every morning, except for the Sunday I was there. I will be staying there again in the future,

Conveniently located, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed

The location and surroundings. The cleaning. The sympathy of the staff. The free car parking. The breakfast.

Very expensive for the quality of the room because it was very small in low light, with a fridge that didn't work and the floor still carpeted, an unhygienic material.

Good location. Nice sorrounding. Good breakfast. Exemplary cleaninness. Pleasant and helpfull staff.

Some of the rooms a quite small, might not be preferable for longer stays (all depends on the availability)

Everything :) I stayed for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. My biggest surprise was the fact that my room had a balcony and it was amazing. Great staff! The owner (or manager) took the time to transport me to my interview as uber and taxi did not arrive - highly appreciated!

Nothing I can mention.

Atmosphere, personnel.

Shower gel delivered once. And no more for 4 days.

Great location. The park across the street was a nice treat. Comfortable and spacious room with a balcony.

Could hear a lot of the noise from the hallways and other rooms, but enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good with lots of restaurants close by.

The spa bath was fab. Everything was clean and luxurious. Reception staff were excellent and looked after my rucksack prior to check-in.

Bed was a tiny bit hard and wasn’t expecting the pool to be so small. Everything else was great.

Very clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast in the morning, nothing too heavy, but fresh with warm croissants. Very nice little lobby/sitting room where one can relax.

Parking could be a bit limited during the week, but there is a parking lot right across the street one can use as well.

Room is comfortable - we had a balcony, the bathroom is oldschool but for one night was ok, breakfast was great.location is convenient walkable to many places. ( bars restaurants shops)

Downtown

Although at the time of booking it was mentioned that I would be staying in a secondary location of the hotel, I did not expect some kind of dark basement with a view of a concrete wall. All at an extremely indecent price compared to what they offer. That is, nothing spectacular. Breakfast is extremely limited, repetitive, and the service schedule starts at 0730, the time when most of us should have already left the hotel. Probably the hotel's idea how to save money. With the exception of the first day, during the entire five-day stay, the room was not cleaned.
