Ressmann`s Residence

The room was tidy and clean. Clean bathroom. If you want to check their rooms, visit their website, they have 3d map of the hotel where you can see each room. The breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and polite. Overall, great experience, I enjoyed my stay.

Bad

Although we stated that we would be late checkin, we were not allowed into the hotel after 22:00 because they said there was no one at the reception. Our money was not returned. We spent our time looking for a hotel at midnight. We were incredibly victimized. Although we immediately reported the incident to booking, they did not provide sufficient support to resolve the issue.

Nice room, excellent shower, fun decor, really good breakfast

Plentiful breakfast, exceeding expectations.Very good location near the Autobahn but in a village setting. Excellent meal in the restaurant.

Everything was fine. Real value for money.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD .THE SUITE WE HAD WAS VERY COMFORTABLE BUT A SLIGHT SMELL FROM THE PIPES IN THE BATHROOM

THERE WAS A SMELL COMING FROM THE PIPES IN THE BATHROOM

Neat and clean , good value

Breakfast was till 10 am and they started winding up at 9.45 , eggs and scrambled eggs were taken off at 9.52 and even after asking they said it was finished . Rest was great

Good location, enough place to park, rooms were ok also the bathroom. Good breakfast enough choices

The staf…not interested in the quests. The lady at the reception was not really interested when we arrive. The restaurant was occupied by a marriage . Why didn’t they write us? Now we had to search on a Saturday evening for a restaurant and that’s not easy in Germany. The lady with the breakfast was totally not friendly…it felt like we have to leave the breakfast table as soon as possible. It felt like they only want our money and totally not interested in their quests. Not nice.

The hotel was great and very modern fittings..The breakfast was veryGood and parking easy. The staff were very nice.

There was no blind to darken the window at night, so we were woken early by the light ,We were disappointed that restaurant was closed in the evening .

Nice property, clean, excellent breakfast, very nice staff, confortable beds

The rooms were a bit outdated but still good

Restaurant and waitress staff were wonderful. Amazing service. 5 star service

Needs to be air conditioned. Hot nights were uncomfortable and fan proved not to cool the room. Great hotel and restaurant just a little hot temperature for my comfort

is super calm, clean and the breakfast is amazing! the breakfast lady is super kind!

No one could speak with me in English, only german, and I had no directions for a late check out, nor they responded my messages and even hung up in my face when i tried to call.

Our room was new and well designed and appointed. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained.

Rooms on the road side suffered some traffic noise but even on a weekday traffic wasn't heavy.

It was perfect for a quick stop on our way to Belgium. We loved the breakfast, very good variety of food and good presented! We will come back for sure ?

The bed could have been more comfortable.

This is a very stylish hotel. Lovely artwork. Comfy beds. Had a lift. Quiet room on top floor at the front of the building, but really very quiet. No traffic noise. Good WiFi. Great breakfast. Parking spaces outside the hotel. Recommended a local Italian restaurant called Filipos by reception, really nice and helpful.

All perfect.

Very good breakfast and lovely staff. Location is quiet with nice walks in the area.

Bedrooms felt a little dated.
