Only one small light working in the room and staff unable to help resolve it or move rooms. Mattress was very old. Room not clean. Very disappointing

Great location for my training course.

The services of the Kitchen were totally mixed. Hamburgers great but Fish dish arrived warm and half cooked. The next night I ordered Lasagne and it arrived hot on the outside but frozen inside. My advice stick to the burgers

Good location for the Training Institute.

Food was a mixed bag. My one di net came out to the table half cooked. I returned it and went next door to McDonalds.

The room was very comfortable with everything that you needed. . The hotel facilities were good especially the availability of tea and coffee throughout the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

smell of old smoke in lobby, corridors. ergonomic of bathroom. Lamp in bathroom was not working; the spare toilet paper was continuously falling from it storage place because it was broken.

Room was smart and clean.The restaurant was surprisingly good. Food excellent and drinks reasonably priced. Breakfast good too.

Lift and public areas in need of a refurbishment which is actually under way. Our air conditioner was not functioning properly but ok for one night when not so hot

Somebody's on curtains!when i asked to change it they said cannot do that and they dont has available room.dirty,and filthy place!never ever come here

Curtains are bloody and damaged already ...seriously?!they dint have money change it or at least cleaning it? 100/night from one customer

Even if it was really good, the breakfast was expensive. The hotel was 20 minutes from Rotterdam by car, not really comfortable

Breakfast was good. More choices than we expected. Room was comfortable albeit abit small. Staff were helpful and friendly and efficient.

Location could have been better as it was out of the way of any good cafes or restaurants.

Working the night after the king size bed was really comfortable and the night was solo...

Mattress was extremely soft - corridors look old and not taken care. Parking always extremely crowded and twice could not get a parking spot because of many working vans taking 2 places instead of 1

Rooms were clean.

The beds and the pillows were the worst we have ever experienced. Soft and saggy. Told the front desk, nothing was done about it. Both my friend and I hardly slept. Our body will take awhile to recoup from this horrible experience of your mattress. The shower floor proved to be very slippery because of the terrible slope of the floor.

Over priced more like a hotel for students

The same room a week later was 118 euros yet I was changed 334 euros as they say there was an event on in Rotterdam, great but this hotel was not in Rotterdam. Felt very cheated.

Clean and simplistic, we were told we were upgraded from a comfort room…

Separate beds for a couple, mattress on the hard side, room was cold on arrival, not enough hooks in the bathroom, to hang used towels . Floor was cold to walk on. Only 1 cup of coffee for each in the room, no tea or water cooker. Breakfast was not as good as expected, the cheese and other items looked a bit aged, even though we arrived at breakfast at 9:30. The prepared scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were dry and was not replenished. There was an egg station but not manned. No one asked or offered to make fresh eggs. Parking is difficult, spots are a little small and minimal space to maneuver

I booked 2 rooms but when we arrived i was told they were over booked so one room was downgraded to what i had booked and 3 floors apart

The room was OK, clean. The noise in the hall of other visitors was horrible

The other visitors, a lot of rumor, too much alcohol and not enough staff to check-in. there was a queue which took at least 30 min. to check in.
