Pros +
- Great location, 5 min from the beautiful park
- Nice location, nicely restored buildings, lovely pool.
- location and Bad Sassondorf is delightful
Cons -
- Rooms could be bigger. We had a room on the 3rd floor and had to walk up one floor. For the people with orthopedic problems it would not be possible
- The beds were too warm, even though we are only in April. The mattresses were too soft, felt a bit like lying in a hammock. The windows in the room were dirty, which was a pity as the sun was shining.
- nothing , town very quiet after 8pm , many places closed monday and tuesdays watch that

Bar staff and ambience
Restaurant had issue with the ovens so only a buffet service was available. Food quality was still very good and was good value
Good breakfast and easy to reach location Excellent swimming pool and saunas
Double bed instead of two singles
The building was attractive and interesting. The room was comfortable, and it was very nice to have the swimming pool to unwind. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good - interesting choices for vegetarians, and the breakfast buffet selection was extensive and excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
An extra charge to park in the hotel carpark when you are a guest seems a little unreasonable, and I had to go back to Reception twice with my exit ticket as the barrier rejected it and they had to open it manually. A small irritation.
Everything was fabulous. The place, the room, the sauna, the pool. So many micro zones for different types of time spent.
I didn't like that I couldn't reserve things coz no one replied to my calls... And way too long on msg here in Booking.
Spacious, perfectly clean and very welcoming. The pool is excellent too!
Nothing :-)
Heated pool and Sauna
The room was good, but some items were missing, like disposable hygiene items such as combs, toothbrushes, and slippers.
Ambience, hygiene, and breakfast are really great, so is the staff in the restaurant. Good connections te motorway.
In times of '2-step-verification' regarding internet a slow and unprotected wifi is not acceptable at all and made work on my laptop impossible. Another point I would like to address is that people in the reception area can overlook the pool ...so I felt vulnerable due to a lack of privacy and therefore didn't use this wellness area although I would have loved to do so.
Very nice spa and friendly staff. Very good breakfast as well. Overall very good cost to performance! Value for money and very nice stay!
Limited parking space. Even I arrived early and had a hard time finding a parking space.
Excellent pool and spa, great restaurant, fabulous breakfast, comfortable beds, well appointed modern rooms
This hotel has always been my go-to choice when I go for a business trip in Soest. Very nice and clean rooms, staff has been extremely helpful, the restaurant is very very good.
The parking lot is a bit too small and does not have sufficient spaces for all guests.
I've been many times before but the last time was 2012. I was impressed with the way it has been redeveloped into a very modern hotel.
The pillow in the bedroom was far too soft. If I had been staying longer I would have needed extra. Perhaps the hotel should be putting 2 pillows per bed as the default?
Spotlessly clean everywhere Comfortable bedsGreat pool/sauna/gym/steam room/wellness centreExcellent locationFriendly staffExcellent breakfast selection
I liked the location close to the park and outside centre. Also the hotel was very clean, good restaurant and nice pool.
Exceptional breakfast with plenty variety for vegetarians also Well laid out with both indoor and outdoor sitting space
Room cleaning service should improve. Also, drinking water should be provided every day instead of only on the first day. Cant understand the psyche of hotels forcing guests to pay for drinking water
Everything was to the highest standard. Good parking, excellent dinner, excellent breakfast. Staff we friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable.
Only complaint is that they had a wierd way of serving fried eggs at breakfast where they cooked them in large batches and then served them up resulting in long waits and the first being overcooked!
Nice quiet spacious room with good beds. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The provided baby bed was good. We appreciated the free bathrobes and entry to the swimming pool. A good and secure parking. Very friendly and service minded staff. Last but not least, the breakfast is a solid 10/10!
Nothing worth mentioning.
Excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms. We stayed in the old wing, but the quality of the renovations was impressive. Fabulous breakfast in a very attractive restaurant, converted from the former farm building. Professional service from the staff. You can walk straight from the hotel into the beautiful Kurpark. Town centre is 5 -10 minutes walk away.
Nothing to dislike.
