Nice wellness area and great location to walk to the salt museum and downtown pedestrian area

Place was getting a little dated and service staff could use some training in attentiveness, friendliness and overall hospitality, but price was fair.

Nice wide spread out hotel with very spaceous room and superb breakfast. Super friendly reception. Be aware that some rooms are in different buildings, but everything is very near the restaurant and parking.

Beautiful spacious apartment for the price of a room. Very comfortable beds. Lovely kitchenette. Even a balcony with a view on a park.

It would be good to have a lift to get the luggage to the second floor.

Quiet and clean place,with a lot of birds sound and beautiful garden.

It was family owned and the spirit was powerful. Very welcoming and excellent wellness area. I loved it

Polite and helpful personell. Room was tidy, clean, spacious, cleaned every day, nice bathroom, comfy beds and pillows, nice lights in the room. Breakfast was excellent - wide variety of food, tasty and enough. Very nice spa with the pool (which we like warmer, but for swimming is fine). Enough parking places in front of the hotel. Bad Sassendorf is a beautiful little town, with phenomenal therme and park.

Everything was excellent, even though my German was basic they understood. Breakfast was very good and rooms were lovely

We had to leave very early in the morning, in some places they have a box where you could drop key off. We spoke to the reception and they said to leave it in room, which I didn't like as it would then be open. That was the only thing.

All was perfect - Restaurant and hotel very great - Indoor swimming pool perfect for raining days. Lovely garden with sports equipment. Village peaceful village with lot of restaurants. The team is very kind and helpful. Perfect breakfast
