Everything was up to standard including very good customer service. Highly recommended.

The bread. ? After being spoiled with the hard crust bread in MM area I had to deal with their stale bread. I still have them MAX reviews because everything’s very good. Except the bread….

The spa was great, the room clean and confortable.

Too much salt in the food

Really nice stay. The food is amazing. Lots of options. The lava cake is extremely delicious. Room and bathroom were very clean. Nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna (both dry and wet). Private parking in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately we encountered two families with children that were making a lot of noice, jumping in the pool and disturbing everyone, even though the spa staff told them repeatedly to stop. It’s not the hotel’s fault that people are behaving like that but just keep in mind when booking that it is possible that both the jacuzzi and pool might be full with parents with children and you will not be able to use them. There is also a children pool but most do not use it.Also, it will be nice to have an iron in the room as the service offered by the hotel is a bit expensive (10 lei for 1 clothing piece). We stayed in 5 stars hotels that had an iron and ironing board in the room or offered the iron for free.

The Spa was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful time down there. A lovely touch that the wonderful man working down there also serves drinks. He was exceptional. Sadly I didn’t get his name to name him here. But he was so helpful, smiley and kind.

We found it rather hot inside the hotel. We struggled to cool our room down to sleep. It seems a false economy to be pumping in lots of heat to then have the windows open. But that is maybe just us.

Nice view from the room

At 9pm we were the only guests in the restaurant. We asked to refrain from the loud and disturbing music in the restaurant. The staff at the front desk refused (?!). Our conclusion: If the personal playlist of the staff is more important than the well-being of the guests...I will no longer be a guest in this hotel.

Very clean, confortable bed, good food at the restaurant. The breakfast was plenty, but a bit fat oriented

We waited a bit for the food at the restaurant and then for the final food bill. The elevator did not inspire trust. No desinfectant on the hallway.

The shower maybe a little bit small for a 4* hotel, and the freezer is noise durning the night.

Everything was amazing

The staff was very helpful before we got there and helped me make a surprize for my husband’s bday, so perhaps my expectations went up at our arrival.

The staff continued to be nice, but no one was wearing a mask (except under their chin), the food at the hotel restaurant was very expensive and not great, and we found out only at the check out that the spa was paid separately, and it was not cheap at all. They said we should have looked closer. I’m not saying they were wrong, but usually, 4 star hotels have spa included in the price or mention it at the checkin.

- the rooms are clean- staff is great- the food at the restaurant is a little bit pricey, but you get food for all the money that you paid- breakfast includes a lot of choices - spa area is really nice and is all you need for good relaxation

- kids should not be allowed in the jacuzzi
