The ambiance, architectural design and character, room space and amenities. Above all superb guest services from the owners (Clive & Lulu) also their team. I chose the hotel based on location willing to access city centres by eCab and it was perfect.

Absolutely exceptional. The property itself is so much more luxurious than I was expecting! From the pool and bar area to the rooms, everything is gorgeous and perfectly clean. The room has all the amenities you might need and more, and the owners are warm and friendly and incredibly attentive. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at, 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

There was nothing not to like, everything was perfect!

The host was really nice and very helpful and friendly . We had a bottle of Prosecco as welcome drinks and food platter. The room was big and very comfortable. Jacuzzi pool was exceptional. We will be definitely coming back again.

Lovely property with comfortable rooms with luxurious features, gorgeous decor and really gracious hosts. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed and taken care of. A small paradise in an otherwise busy island! Will definitely be returning! :)

One of the most beautiful and stylish arranged hotels I ever stayed at. I loved the service, the calmness of Zebbug city, breakfast, pool area, just amazing.

Unfortunately there was some bad smell coming from the ground floor, especially during night, I suppose from the bathroom. I hope that can be fixed because during night it was really intense.

Situated in the beautiful town of Zebbug, Lulu boutique is a gem! Very friendly staff and ready to help you in any issue. The decor of the hotel is really nice and it merges with this typical Maltese house. Clean and comfortable . Enjoyed my stay a lot!

Lulu Boutique Hotel is the best hotel experience I have ever had and I travel a lot plus have ownership in 2 hotels myself. It was such a relaxing stay. From the first moment we felt as if we were with old friends. The attention to detail is second to none, I mean every single glass of beverage, a plant or a decorative element just makes you admire the atmosphere. The sincerity of the owners is just one of a kind. We took the suite with private pool on the private terrace overlooking the city, this room can very nicely also suit a family of 4-5 if needed.

There is really nothing not to like. Perhaps the location ca be too remote for people who enjoy partying etc, but than again, you can have a Bold ride in 5 minutes and it is max 25min to everywhere on the island.

The room and the whole hotel are stunning, the bed and sheets were very confortable, the jacuzzi was a pleasent addition, the internet was good and the staff very friendly.

Might be hard to park in the surroundings if you have rented a car

Excellent breakfast; everything was perfect and cooked to our liking. We loved the little savory Maltese pastry. Everything is cooked right there in the open kitchen. All you have to do is sit by the pool and enjoy.

We didn't find anything we didn't like about this place.

Amazing staff who built the hotel with their own hands, and the result is an amazing, unique artwork of a hotel.Each room is unique, so it's recommended to talk with the owners and see which room fits you best.

I have traveled extensively and stayed in hotels all over the world. This hotel is a piece of art. Lovingly created with incredible detail. I loved it. It was an experience for the senses. It's in the top five I have stayed at.Because the hotel is in an older part of the city, the streets are very narrow, and we decided not to rent a car. The hotel owners suggested a restaurant within a few blocks, so we walked. The streets were clean, we felt safe, and the restaurant was excellent.A highlight of my vacation is rarely the hotel I stay at, but this was the case. I highly suggest this hotel. And I thank the owners for creating such a fantastic experience.

The property was in a quiet location and after being in Valletta for several days it felt like an oasis of calm. The owners were very friendly and gave us a welcome drink and fruit platter by the pool. The room was large, modern, well furnished with lovely artistic touches and very comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and the coffee was great. The owners also helped with finding suitable parking spots for our car and offered advice on where to eat and what places to visit.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the breakfast and services were fantastic, the room was tidied up daily, and they even provided delightful treats for the guests. Highly recommend

The hotel is housed in a 300-year-old, fully renovated building, very nicely decorated, run by an incredible nice couple who provide amazing service - the highest recommendations to stay in this place!!!

Nothing really, the jacuzzi could have been a smidge warmer and had Some very small debry in it.

We spent the last day of our holidays in this beautiful, tranquil oasis about 15 minutes from the airport. Tucked away in a small street it feels like you stepped into a different world.The room was bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool area was very relaxing, calm and with a nice little bar.The breakfast was great, fresh bread, pastries, fruits and a wide range of cooked options as well.

Delicious breakfast! We weren't able to eat everything.Owners are very kind and helpful. Interior is "rich", maybe for someone little bit crazy but we loved it. :D Very unique experience, the town is small but cute.

I don't remember anything.Maybe one thing. I slept in a double bed on the side to the door. Around 7 am some strong light woke me up but I didn't understand how is that possible - one and only small window was behind the curtains. So... Conclusion. There is a very small hole over the door that leads to the upper floor with the pool. Through that hole was sun shining directly into my eyes which woke me up. :D I guess not everyone has that experience since trajectory of Sun is changing during year but you can see it definitely in the middle of may.
