Mulberries

Peaceful place, with fresh air, and very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is perfect. I would be back to Mulberries next time I visit Malta again. Highly recommend ?.

A wonderfully unique stay at a renovated farmhouse in Zabbar. It was well connected with buses and taxis, run by friendly staff, and overall a joy to stay there! I'd definitely recommend this stay.

Only one small downside was that were no lunch/dinner options at the hotel, so we had to order in for dinner during a thunderstorm as there were no dining options available on site. A small price to pay for a unique stay.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere. Cosy & calm. Far enough from the busy parts of the island, but still easy to get there and close enough to the airport and many attractions. The room was nice and clean, breakfast had enough options to choose from and eating outside with a garden view was an additional bonus! Highly recommend!

Some lounge chairs outside would be great!

The building is really beautiful, the staff is very friendly and nice, it was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. We also tried the spa and it was great!

There was nothing we didn’t like, but just to mention a couple of things: the parking is not free but there are parking places where you can park for free just around the corner. And the use of the spa is also not for free but it’s very good.

Beautiful, family run farm house. Lots of lovely personal touches, clean, good looking and very comfortable. Just on the outside of town and close to nice beaches and St Peters Pool which is superb. Would stay again, Thank you Jezebel and team for your excellent hospitality

Beautiful spacious room in a freshly renovated historic house with an atmosphere. Beautiful and cosey lounge with a library of art books and a bar with a good choice of wines and spirits. Excellent reach breakfast. Location maybe is not ideal, but quiet and close to some places of interest: Marsaxlokk and Marsaskala, where we could dine with excellent seafood, and Hypogeum.

Nothing is within walking distance, except for a supermarket, where we could find food and water. The best would be to rent a car. In the property everything perfect, nothing to improve.

This property is beautiful and serene. The sauna and pool were a wonderful bonus to our stay. Thick robes, and slippers, beautiful decorum, soft music, warm showers and the private massage was over the top. The breakfast was amazing, the best ever for a small establishment. Everything you could want, hot, cold, fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, pastries. Staff is amazing and very helpful. The owners have built a beautiful oasis retreat keeping to design values of the Island creating relax areas throughout the property. The bed was comfortable and decorations modest and functional. They have really put their heart into every detail. Would stay here again if we ever get a chance to come back to Malta.

The family behind it are amazing and cannot do enough. It was a wonderfully peaceful end to our trip. It’s only a very short taxi to loads of wonderful places for dinner but to stay there and relax in the charm of the place is perfect.

Beautifully restored and stylish farmhouse located in the countryside with back garden, indoor pool and spa. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail and decorated nicely. Clean and tastefully furnished rooms with aircon. Fantastic breakfast with excellent coffee. Plenty of space in the courtyard to relax or have a glass of wine. There is a secure garage available for guests in the basement (5 euro per night) but if you are travelling by bus the bus stop is just around the corner. Jesabel and Aaron are very attentive, helpful (thanks for all your help with my painful back!) and friendly hosts. Nothing is too much for them. Shame we only stayed 5 nights and were mostly away sightseeing beautiful Malta to enjoy this place more thoroughly.

You could hear loud bangs sometimes I guess to scare birds from the neighbouring orchards. Nothing major that bothered us personally but worth mentioning if you sleep light in the morning.

Original, historic & atmospheric building! Very friendly, flexible and accommodating staff. Peace & quiet. There’s everything you need and more. The rooms are furnished tastefully and are super clean. The bathroom has beautiful tiles - the water is hot and has a firm jet. This is not the kind of hotel that is swamped with guests. The SPA (sauna, hammam, pool, relaxation area, massage rooms) is not frequently visited, so feel free to use it in peace. Good price for the value!

The “whirlpool” was rather cold.Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. This is nitpicking, though.

A beautiful stone farmhouse style building set in the countryside. Great bus connections 100 metres away. Supermarket nearby. UBER rides to valetta (15 mins) for 7 euro average cost. Room beautiful with balcony. Hosts very friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast.

A great find. Sympathetic style, very tastefully done. Will definitely go back. Breakfast was great. Had everything you could want, even prickly pears! The owner was on site all day and evening if we needed anything. Very helpful and knowledgable. Would recommend a stay here.

What a beautiful farmhouse, renovated with the greatest care for details by the lovely owners! The underground pool is stunning and what a delicious breakfast!!!

The location was perfect. It is across a bus stop and easily accessible for cabs. It is quiet, the room was spacious and comfortable. I also liked that they had sunscreen and beach towels available!

The breakfast could be a little more varied. After a few days it got a bit monotonous. I am an introvert so I don't need whole conversations with staff but it would be better to greet guests when you see them I think.

It was in a good location, even though you needed a car or the Uber app to get to the city center (approximately 15-20 minutes drive).

The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. We stayed at the property for four days, and while the towels were changed after our request, the sheets were not changed. In addition, the cleanliness of the floor and the bathroom was almost non-existent.

Lovely property in a very good location, easy to travel around the island from there. Staff always joyful and ready to help.

Just be aware that the spa facility is accessible for free only in the morning
