Room was spacious and well designed.I loved the bed. it was comfy even though I had books 2 twins we managed.The breakfast was amazing. Compliments to the chef indeed.

I like walking barefoot, so I noticed the floor was a bit grimy. The lace curtains in my room were sun damaged and torn.

I thought my room had a kitchen but it didn’t

The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival and needed airing out.No bath mats were provided in the bathroom.Towels supplied had holesReplacement towels requested before dinner were not delivered by the time we returnedBathroom glasses had mould around the rims.The in-room phone did not work

Value for money , secure and safe , friendly helpful, professional staff and yummy /affordable food from the restaurant on location, comfortable.

Wi-Fi did not work in our room( staff tried to assist) , shower head outdated , low pressure water in the shower. Everything else 10/10.

Property didn't have water at all, people working there blatantly lying about the water situation as if water is coming back, 1st was a pipe burst, next it was municipality meanwhile seems like water bill was not paid then Municipality cut they water. No back up water available. terrible experience had to cancel our stay still have not received our refund as promised, according them there was no manager available during the weekend and will be done on Monday still no communication

The furniture is outdatedWe were moved to 3 rooms and later upgraded to the 4th room which was a suite it was much better The plugs were not working the fone not working, there was no menu, no list of who to call for room service or reception The roomed stank of jik The room was very very darkThe doors are very hard to lock so I just left them like that.Definitely not worth the money we paid.

Beds are comfortable. Good response to room service. Friendly staff.

The outer appearance, especially when you arrive at night, looks dodgy and not promising. Some good lighting on the walls or an improvement on the branding could work. The cleaning staff does not touch the corners where they put moisture absorbers. It was quite disappointing to come back to the same dirty corner daily. Recommendation - Securities need training on customer service and professionalism

Same room not properly maintained with a cockroach, cold water in the morning, the worst of them all the gate no no no it's like you're bothering the security person to open it for you especially i am always here for work so I come back late . Please fix the gate

Quiet and relaxing. The bathroom however was not up to standard as per tue price paid. The toilet was for kids. The shower was blocked. Water was not draining and fear of flooding.

My room had no cold shower tap and the shower nozzle was not properly attached either so bathroom was soaked. Had to change rooms to room 6 from room 9 which felt like a downgrade but was tired hungry and desperate for a shower. Saturday spent the day out but on return there was a wedding and felt really uncomfortable having a swim amongst all the smartly dressed guests. Wish I had known. It looks like a really nice hotel in its youth but now feels a little cluttered and like the upkeep has been neglected . The restaurant staff were super friendly and they made up for all the other stuff

Had a Aircon issue, no remote for tv had to ask for one on day 2 from reception. Damp smell in room. And menu in room not updated, and not advised they had converted to halaal friendly so no bacon was served as our room menu for breakfast. Otherwise great stay..

Close to all amenities. Staff were great hosts. Rooms are spacious and clean.

My neighbors were very noisy. They came back at 2 am and continued to make noise. Rooms are not sound proof.Food was very bland. We had a function and still food was just not up to standard.

The staff was amazing, the best part was when I was leaving it was raining and an elderly man that works at the place got and an umbrella for me and also helped me carry my luggage while holding the umbrella over me?

The room had a mould smell which was quite disturbing, however there was an air freshener in the room but it did not make much of a difference.The bathroom door was jammed.I think the rooms need to be more stylish I did not like their furniture.

Hairdryer was not functional with heat . Toilet seats were too narrow or small.

Although I stayed 1 night, but I had a good experience. The place, food and staff, good good good. Ohhh the receptionist was so welcoming❤️. I am definitely going to make it a habit to visit them?.

We were booked in room 6 & 7 the outdoor is used as storage had stack of table and chairs outside it didn’t look good, shower door broke, outside furniture was dirty and damp, house keeper with dreads shouted at me cause my partner had left dirty towels on the bathroom floor, this place use to be amazing, please do paint job on the windows and your exterior.
