- Nothing! They tried to charge me two times , as long as the amount was already blocked on my bank account through Booking.. The disrespect is huge and I would never recommend someone this location.
Cons -
- The people that own this hotel , the owner or manager whatever is a rude person that tries to rob you , scam you , he likes to promote his hotel on Booking , but do not wanna respect Booking policies and the customer' s rights. For that I made an official complaint, because I have the right to receive my money back for a room I never received to stay in , it was not a no show situation at the hotel , it was a huge disrespect and scam .
