Good position, friendly staff and honest price.

We were happy with our stay, everything was clean, the bathroom was very nice, we had breakfast which was not of super big selection, but it was tasty and enough, only the cupcake eggs was not a good idea, were impossible to eat them.

The laminate interior could be changed, then the room would be super fancy.

We had room with AC, but AC didn´t work during the whole stay.

Room seemed relatively updated and mostly clean, good location for the work I was there to do.

Breakfast was almost not worth it as the selection was minimal, the property seemed quite dated and there were hairs on the bedding that weren’t mine

Great location in city centre, quiet rooms

Check-in only until 11pm, the receptionist waits some more time for confirmed reservations or if called in advance, but if no reservation they close the reservation system at 23:00 and no reservation is possible even if there are free rooms

Older hotel with very basic furnishings but clean and quiet with a good bed and good shower.

Our windows had sheer (see-through) curtains but no draperies or shades so no privacy at all.

The only staff I met. The receptionists were nice.

The apartment was dusty in many places and the bathroom was situated in one of the two bedrooms, therefore no privacy. A dead bird just straight behind the window, lays there obviously for a while already. Two extremely small sheets on the bed were placed horizontally which caused, that we ended up lying on a naked mattress ( and who knows how many people before! ). The hotel restaurant and bar were closed. Breakfast was buffet choice only, with no option to order. No fresh juice or pure water was available.

The hotel is big, kind of cold, empty… must be off season. Management needs to do a better job. Perhaps the price is a bit high considering the state of facilities, breakfast was so-so… There is still solid potential for this hotel but it needs guest, otherwise it’s “ghostly”. Staff is great!

The room was clean. The staff was communicative and nice. There were clean towels and soap and stuff. Appreciated the free parking.

The furniture was quite outdated and very basic (Felt more like a dorm than a hotel). The lightbulbs in most lamps were broken. I think the price was too high for the quality, the hotel could use a renovation.

The breakfast was much more generous than we expected; lots of variety. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. It was very clean, and our suite was spacious.

I wish the WiFi had been stronger in our room, but it was very strong in the lobby, and in parts of our suite and at some times of day, it was strong.

Nothing stands out, not one lamp was working, one light blow the trip switch for the 220v, typical Eastern European Hotel Tourist type, built in the 60's and recently had a lick of paint. no one on Reception after 19:00

The room was fairly clean

We exchanged messages in advance to prepare a room with double bed (which they confirmed) yet we got a twin bed at arrival. At the reception they told us they didn't have any double beds in the entire hotel - so probably would be better not to advertise it as such!

The building looks pretty worn out from the outside, yet in spite of that, the rooms are newly refurbished and pretty comfy. AC was highly appreciated in the current hot days. All the staff was very friendly and "our" receptionist even spoke pretty good English. Everything was very clean and the value for money ratio is exceptional.

The breakfast was the same every day and could offer more. The facilities cannot hide their communist times pedigree.

The staff was nice and given the old communist building this hotel was made from, they still managed to make it a decent place.

Nothing really fancy, but no real issues, either. The only annoying thing is that we had a big working desk in our room, but no electric socket around.
