RM Hotel Wellness & Congress

Location, excellent wellness services

The juices for breakfast and dinner were not fresh (it seemed to be powder), some guests were not following the instructions in the wellness (they used bathing suits inside of saunas) and others were acting inappropriately in the pool and jacuzzi.

Clean hotel with clean room and bathroom. Everything was OK. Breakfast OK.

Location is not near the castle. There is no balcony, but we knew this from the beginning.

The hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations. Well located, with a nice room, it has a SUPER gym—far better than anything I could have imagined. Simply outstanding. Excellent hospitality and a good dinner.

Very good, selection of healthy options and for fasting also.Gym is big and very well equipped and so on....

The room was super comfortable and the mini fridge was completely stocked. They have smart switches the lights and AC can be controlled from the room very easily. Also, the breakfast was tasty.

Perhaps more options for vegetarian in breakfast would help, though whatever was there was super tasty.

Very nice hotel with profesional and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean. The spa was amazing, as well as the restaurant where we had breakfast and dinners. Overall the stay was nice and relaxing. The gym at the hotel was excellent.

the room is verry nice and clean

the breakfast was okay. the coffee tastes not that good and a fresh orange juice would be great.

Excellent

Traffic at the parking lot can be difficult in the morning rush hours with the many visitors for the sports facilities

Everyone was kind and helpful. Hotel is comfortable and good choice for guests requiring quality. There is enough of parking place for cars. Kids menu in restaurant has good price.

WIFI had sometimes weak signal in certain places and necessity of repeated re-logins causes a little annoyance.

Clean, carpeted, air-conditioned rooms.

- It's an event venue rather than a hotel as such. Some mornings the restaurant serving breakfast was so packed, I gave up and left. - Access to the sports and sauna facilities are charged extra, i.e., on top of the already steep nightly rates. - The guest rooms share a corridor with kitchens, staff rooms, and meeting rooms. From 8AM till 9PM every day, staff kept slamming doors, at times literally every 5-10 seconds. This made it difficult to rest, sleep, or get work done on my laptop.

Modern, clean, room size

Blanket was so small and the mattress hurt my back

Confort and modern

Noise, corridor noise filter directly to the room.

We loved everything! The spacious, beautiful and new room, the restaurant, the kind staff members, and the nearby park and grove

Passable

We couldn’t fall asleep at night , the light from the touchscreen was so strong and bright we had to cover it with our clothes, even though it still didn’t help. Also, no were is written that massages are only from Monday till Friday. We booked this hotel because of the wellness it was supposed to have , and we didn’t get any.

Spacious, quiet, looks new

The modern light controls in the room were a bit of a hassle

This is a new hotel with a gym club together. This hotel is nice and clean. We had a good stay but its main business seems to be the gym. We went in and out from the side door make we feel like stay in the motel.

It does not feel like stay in a hotel but motel.

Very new and modern, rooms with a classy interior, high speed internet, decent restaurant, comfortable beds and helpful staff - excellent experience

Nothing to complain about

Exceptionally comfortable hotel: great design of room, restaurant and reception area.

Really don't know what could have been better.

Nice location and facilities.

Air conditioning not working.

Excellent, several times there on business trip and always great
