It was super hot! No air conditioning! Only fan on the ceiling! Windows with no safe lock so also can’t be left open at night…maybe in winter time it’s good hotel but in the summer it’s terrible

Friendly staff and easy access also with our dog. Very pet friendly. Nice rooms and really good restaurant downstairs.

Comfy beds

No shower, just bathtub. According info on booking.com checkout from 7am, but staff is from 8am. Wasted time when in hurry. Cards not accepted at restaurant, couldn’t pay at reception in the evening around 9pm, had to wait until 8am in the morning. Staircase for rooms is locked until morning and it’s a maze to get out with secondary exit. I didn’t find the way… what in case of fire drill? Nonsense and danger

Convenient and good location, not far from the highway. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is not bad.

Very nice for short stay as we made. One night. Dinner with local wine. Quiet night, good breakfast. If I come the same route one day, I will stay again there.

Disaster!!!!

Room was paid, i have spoked with owner that i will arrive later, he assured me that i will take my keys for the room from Keybox but all hotel was closed and i could not enter inside to take my keys, i staied at 01:00 o'clock in the night outside at -5* with no possibility to enter inside!! Photo with proof attached!!!And i didn't received my money back :)))))

After a repeated problem with our rooms, we were moved to another, where it was disgustingly dirty.

Perfect to stay for one night while traveling. Good breakfast. No fee for a dog.

The pool is dirty and hotel restaurant food (trout and ribs) wasnt tasty.

Good located, easy to find parking spot. Helpful reception stuff. Dogs allowed everywhere.

I choose this hotel on the road to Balkans. Lately I was here 2 years ago, and in conpre to this, the quality is much lower. The breakfast was worst, this year super cheap and low quality ingredients. Not even mentioning the smell in the breakfast area. The smell of fried Food is also vivid and difficult to stand in the rooms located in the Main building. No ac, so very hot in July. Some sources indicate that reception is open till 11pm, when actually it is 10pm.

Our second time at this place. Accommodation in a wonderful location.

Restaurant don't accept card payment, I had to go to the different hotel to eat because if I pay with cash they will return you their money crowns.

Except the location, which was not that relevant for me and the breakfast which was ok ( mostly containing supermarket products) everything was awful

Firstly, the staff was completely unprepared and unpolite. The receptionist(a blonde girl) was totally unable to speak any English, as it is specified on the website. Moreover she had a very rude attitude when I have complained about the several issues existing in the room. The waitress basically robbed us: we have paid euros and we have asked for the exchange rate and told us a certain amount, which was totally different when the bill came. Furthermore, she charged us twice for two glasses of wine - which we have paid as mistakes happens. In the end she did not even apologized, but instead started addressing me bad words thinking I don't understand what is she saying.THE MANAGER - which is also the owner of the property simply told me that I can leave if I don't like the room ( without any refund) using a "pussy" formulation in the end as a "goodbye".Secondly, the room was small, very hot, with several holes in the floor, covered with a carpet. It was not properly cleaned as it was dust everywhere and several pieces of hair in the bed. Regarding noises: you can basically hear anyone inside and outside the hotel - when the guests from the room cough, you can hear them. There is an option to lock the room from inside - it does not work as the cards open the room anyway.Last but not least, the facilities: there was no air conditioning, the only source against heat (which was a fan on the ceiling was broken and not working. The tv was not working as well. The main light was not working. The bathroom lights next to the mirror were not working. The minibar was locked with the key, because in order to use the fridge (not the products) you have to pay extra - even though it was specified within the room facilities.Overall, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an accomodation and I do not reccomend it to anyone. Trust me, better sleep in the car than at their hotel.
