Location, history of the building and design are great! A supermarket located across the street. Breakfast is good.

Equipment in the bathroom was not in good condition. Also usability of the bathroom overall could be better

Historic hotel with old-fashioned style preserved. Very good breakfast. Very fast WiFi. Comfortable bed.

The warmth of the shower is not adjustable (for my son it was too hot). Carpet floor.

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped. Staff were polite and courteous at all times. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of options.

Clean and location ?

The staff promised us to have croissants on the breakfast but they checked the same morning and they couldn't find them at nearest supermarket. They would prepare it earlier right?

Place, confort, size of the room, car park, people of the hôtel who were really Nice.

We appreciated everything

The rooms are well-appointed, if small. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice to be able to eat it on a rooftop patio, since weather permitted.

The hotel is on a busy street, so there was more traffic noise than we would have liked. No elevator for those staying on the upper floor. The bathroom was ergonomically challenging (eg, toilet paper barely within reach of toilet, towel hooks very high on wall). But the biggest problem was that when we arrived at 4:30 pm the main door was locked, and no staff were present. There was a cellphone number to call for assistance, but as foreign visitors we didn't have local cell service. The hotel had sent an email on the day of arrival with the entry code, but since we had no internet service before arrival, we didn't receive it on time. We had to wait for other hotel guests to arrive in order to enter. This was a jarring experience that seriously impacts this property's ability to welcome foreign guests.

we arrived at the hotel, but were the only ones there. There was no reception staffed. We tried five different phone numbers, bit nobody was responsible. So we did not get the rooms and left 2 hours later. This was very unfortunate, because we were a flightcrew and had minimum rest, so the flight was delayed, the cost were several thousand euros.

The bed was very soft and a harder mattress wasn't available. Bathroom was a little small but that is being picky.

The location of the hotel is great, it's easy to get to anywhere in the city. The size of the room is good and the view was very good. The breakfast buffé had full range of food, which was very good.

We noticed when we came in that all the surface areas, including espresso machine, and all the objects on the table were very dusty, nobody seemed to prepare the room before guests arrived. There was some hair left on the bathroom floor. it really compromised the whole experience there, it made the money we spent on the room not worthwhile. Cleanliness is the basical standard, yet very important factor for any hotel facility, especially during covid.

Everything, especially bed, comfortable.Clean and very cozy atmosphere. Absolutely would recommend this place to stay if you are in the area.

Everything was good only I would appreciate more vegan choices for breakfast. These days are possible to get more things in the shops also for vegans.

Breakfast buffet was small, but of very good quality. We tried also restaurant for dinner, and food was very good!
