Great value for money. The location is perfect for taking lots of different trips in the surrounding area. The pool and sauna were really nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was tasty and we really enjoyed it. It would be even better if the eggs were replaced when finished.

Good restaurant, however not in the same building - you need to cross street to get there

The lifeguard/bartender at the swimming pool must have gotten confused and believes she works in a correction facility and the guests are young, troubled teenagers that require reeducation and a lesson of discipline... Her behavior towards my children and myself was rude and simply unacceptable.The hotel is located in a really run down town with nothing to do or where to eat within a waking distance.

Recommend checking good about clean every thing ex. Tv remote. And please make for sure about price in booking inclined pool and spa.

New apartments were clean and quiet.

Didn’t like spa zone at all. Dirty ,overcrowded ,smells bad.Haven’t seen any information that this spa belongs to multisport,that makes it way overcrowded, and for me as a guest of the hotel it was a bad experience.

Nice hotel in a small village, comfy sleep, good spa for a nice price (colder pool, warm jacuzzi and great saunas, free towels and bathrobes).Delicious breakfast, wide choice. Coffee and tea in the room :)

Bit of smell in the room, prob from drain, refreshers would work.

We got a very spacious room with a balcony. The room was clean. The receptionist was extremely kind and friendly.Not too expensive fee for a dog - 8€.

Pillows are not comfortable and you can feel that filling went into peaces.

Breakfast is okay. Staff are pleasant. Near the hotel are a is a small supermarket, bakery, and a Żabka. Wi-Fi is working.

Pillows were lumpy, too high. Did not sleep well. The blanket is made of polyester or some synthetic material - which means it is too hot. They should use cotton or natural fibres.

Perfect location, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Staff extremly friendly, speaks english well so it was easy to communicate. Rooms were cozy, clean with comfortable beds.

There is no A/C in rooms, but you can open windows for cool breezeFront entry door closes at 10pm, if you getting back to room later then 10pm you will have to knock hard for someone to let you in.

I liked very little here

Hotel has old worn facilities. Pool is gloomy, yet is fee-based. Billiard and bowling are not in the hotel premises but in a restaurant across the road, and available for fee. Breakfast is awful - never seen the poorer breakfast in my life.

Nice hotel, big rooms.

Pool was closed but we did not know until we went to ask about it at reception. A short email to tell us would have been nice and we could have left swimwear at home.

The stay at the hotel was great, the staff is very helpful and a big advantage is the wellness right at the place of accommodation. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

A big disappointment was the unpleasant and unwilling staff at breakfast. For this reason, I recommend going somewhere else for breakfast.

Good value for money when traveling with child. Good food at restaurant and friendly staff.

No airco, got quite hot in room Paid for SPA access but water was on the cold side, e.g. public pool temperature rather than luxurious spa, also the water massage cannons were out of order.

The interior design of the hotel heavily features dark wood tones, which gives it a classic and premium look. That being said, the hotel is perfectly suitable for short stays.One notable feature of the hotel is the spa zone, although we didn't have the opportunity to use it and cannot comment on its quality. The hotel offers good value for its price and is a decent option for a brief stay.

There is no way from the parking to rooms (at least at night) or temporary parking near from reception.Firstly, it was inconvenient that there was no direct pathway from the parking area to the rooms or any temporary parking spaces near the reception, which made it challenging to unload our luggage.Another aspect that could be improved is the bathroom facilities. While they were functional, they appeared dated and could benefit from a modernization or renovation.

Hotel is clean and comfy, not so modern but still very nice. People working there are always nice and willing to help. Breakfast is typical for this area. Meal is served in a restaurant near, but staff can bring it to your room. Will stay there again.
