Indoor swimming pool. Helpful staff. Good dinner and breakfast.

Very very poor wi-fi reception in the room. No TV signal. Extra pay for gluten free breakfast.

The surroundings where hotel was located were very nice and the breakfast options were good as well.

The room was lacking basics, there was no air conditioning, which made it challenging in the summer heat, there was also no fridge in the room to keep food and no complimentary water bottles, which was disappointing because we travelled from afar so it would have been nice to haha refreshing drink upon arrival.

Spaciousness, breezy when windows opened, secluded location, helpful staff. Cost.

Good calm location, Kremnica was a surprisingly interesting to walk around.

Pay attention that there is no air conditioning. In our room there was no bath soap, when we asked receptionists he just said - yes we know, but we can't do anything :(. There is a wellness center but quit small, a family with kids would make it overcrowded. No wardrobes provided for free, you need to pay it.Overall - nice but overpriced hotel - for 140 EUR I would expect and air conditioning and all essentials provided

The Golfer hotel is located just outside Kremnica in a forestial surrounding and view on the hills. There are enough free parking lots. The receptionist is kind. An old elevator brings you to the right floor The rom is spacious but teh furniture is outdated and in need of renewal. The bed is hard and the sheets and blankets are too short for a person of 1,87m. The bathroom is small as well as the shower. The good thing about this the poolarea. The pool is clean and warm. The wellness area is only operated on demand.

As I was the only guest, the staff served a meal, but they did not ask what I wanted to eat. They just presented a plate with some fish and rice. Very kind, but not what I wanted. I discussed this with the staff, but the very next morning it happened again with the breakfast. They presented withuot asking a full plate with saucages, fried eggs, and a lot of other warm food that I didn't asked for. I just wanted a continental breafast and a coffee. Too bad really.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area of the town Kremnica, between the slopes and almost in the forest. There are a lot of free parking spaces. The receptionist did everything to make the stay comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and the view was good. The furniture has seen better days, but it was all intact, working and clean. The bed was large enough and clean, but quite hard. The bathroom was also spotless clean and there was immediately hot running tapwater, eventhough here some renovation is past due. The poolarea is also well maintained and clean. The water was comfortably warm and the pool was just big enough for 2 strokes in the length. The sauna and infrared cabin only operates at request, which to me makes sense. The breakfast is accepatble, nothing special and enough. The coffee from the machine could be better, but yes it's a machine.

The retaurant was closed for the whole week which was a pity, and we had to go to the Zlaty Zifon restaurant 2km further down the road. Quite acceptable, considering there is nothing else open on a monday. As said the bed was quite hard. replanishment of breakfast buffet was poor, unfortunately.

Nice and cozy place, staff was very kind and helpful. Location is superb. I was very surprised and I enjoyed my stay there.

My business trip took only one day, I have to come for a longer time. ;)

the fact I have been charged extra money for my child while my booking said my child is included , non functioning SPA (only swimming pool), food has been of average quality and service not as friendly as I would expect

wellness was nice, however not enough relax chairs inside and would good to have some outside as well, no access to new towels.

in general, no customer focus & not worth the money. wall are very thin, you can hear all your neighbors.mattress was so hard, wood style.breakfast buffet was empty at 9. (should be served from 8to10). “sorry you are too late, no more eggs”.bread 2-3 days old, orange juice - water with color. no more ham, sausages or croissants. coffee was bad. really bad quality food for breakfast.1st time of my life that I hear that you can not eat at the restaurant in the evening because you didn’t book the meals before 4pm. (restaurant - not half pension) & the waiters are not trying to find some solution.lift was not working- without notice.

nice place, swimming pool was small and indoor, but a great addition. room was big and with all the equipment. wifi was working. staff was very helpful and speaks English and Polish. parking just outside of the hotel. breakfast simple, but overall OK.

The property is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. Nice pool and sauna, jacuzzi, entertainment facilities like pool and ping pong. The hotel is close to Kremnica but also in the forest, perfect for relaxation. What was really outstanding was the attitude staff, especially the gentleman on the reception. He was outgoing, helpful, attended all our requests. I would come back to this hotel anytime again!

Breakfast starts late and at 10pm bar closes and also even if restaurant is empty if you don’t do reservation before they don’t accept you for dinner

Very nice and tidy rooms. Hotel in a quiet neighborghood. Dinner and english breakfast was delicious and very nice service. It's a grat place to rest.
