Hotel Restaurant Du Parc

Beautiful and serene, staff were so friendly, the food was delicious….just perfect. The village of Thann was just a few minutes away and a lovely place to stroll and shop.

That we couldn’t stay forever!

A beautiful last minute booking. The hotel exceeded our expectations both in comfort and friendly staff. Lovely garden and on site free parking. The hotel is filled with gorgeous artworks, furnishings and eclectic items. So refreshing to stay in a hotel with personality and not furnished from an ikea catalogue.Bed was so comfortable, good size room and bathroom. Great selection for breakfast; bread was warm and the nicest I have ever tasted. All served in a gorgeous dining room. Impossible to fault, we absolutely loved this hotel, ticked all the boxes for us.

Careful, this is an old house. The bell to the reception desk didn't work, but they indicate a telephone number to reach the receptionist. The room was cold, the heating did not respond. My shower in the morning was cold although I let the water run for a while, too long for what an ecological mind would find correct. It got warm enough (although not really hot) after I had finished my shower. Didn't dare wash my hair. The receptionist said, this was an old house, no way to renovate the pipes, they would have to tear the whole house down. Well, but it wants to be a French high level fancy hotel. An experience. A certain standard. You know.I don't know what to say..., except: Yes, French indeed.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was fine, Balcony pleasant.

Beautiful looking Manor House with a lovely pool and garden set just a stone throw from the town. Staff were helpful.

The double bedroom was tiny! It had a great little balcony which thank goodness we were able to sit out on but otherwise it was incredibly small with a small queen size bed and very little space to dress in or move around in. They closed up the communal areas - the lounge at 10pm leaving you no where else to go except your room.

4th time at this hotel, communication is excellant, and a beautiful setting, very comfortable and excellant staff.

A nice location, good food, though quite pricey, good pool

Lack of kettle!

We stayed here in early September as part of a self-guided biking holiday with a group of friends. This is an exceptional & sophisticated accommodation in an elegant old home with history and grace. The staff were excellent. The home itself was stunning, and the dining room was regal & so beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional. The three course dinner was sensational, staff were attentive & service was excellent. The grounds are beautiful, serene and inviting. There is ample space & outdoor seating areas to enjoy the outside, including having coffee or tea or aperitifs. Our room was elegant, and we had the bonus of a terrace overlooking the grounds. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay at and beyond what one would expect. The ambiance of this gorgeous place and staff cannot be captured by just describing it! You have to stay here to understand its elegance.

The restaurant was closed and this was not mentioned on Booking. The doorman however said some restaurants in the center were open. Not. We had to eat döner kebab. Very disappointing.

Wifi was a challenge. Kept getting disconnected or had a weak signal.
