We had a family room, and it was big, comfortable, well equipped. The host and the whole staff were very friendly. The hotel is just 3 minutes drive from the spa. The breakfast is delicious, everyone found their preferred choice. If we return to Loipersdorf, this accomodation is surely our first option.

Friendly staff, clean good size rooms, good parking, very close to the Thermenresort Loipersdorf. Absolutely gorgeous surrounding nature. Good jogging path right in front... Several Heuriger restaurants nearby with good food, wine and beer.

The linen smell bad.The receptionist didn’t know any word in English, so it was almost impossible to communicate with her - we needed a lot of information but unfortunately we couldn’t correspond.

Great place! Clean, friendly staff, free apples, a very pleasant stay plus free parking.

They did not speak English and it was a little difficult to talk to them but we managed and everything was great.

Great value for money and only a 2 minute drive from Loipersdorf Therme. 15% discount to the Therme is included and dressing gowns and sauna towels were waiting for us in our room to take to the Therme free of charge. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Will defintiely stay again next time I visit Loipersdorf!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12:30pm.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Loipersdorf.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and good quality. The are also having a kids corner in the breakfast room where kids can play or draw.

The location is beautiful and the staff is very nice. We had booked only one apartment for a family (2 adults, 1 1 year old) and a friend (with a separate room in the same apartment) to save some money, but the lady was so nice that she offered a new apartment for the fourth person with no charge (without asking or complaining, the room was already good enough for us)!The breakfast was also great and they were very flexible with the checkout time.

Beautiful location, spacious room, with a really comfortable queen bed. Staff was super kind and familiar. Hearty breakfast included. An honesty jar system for night drinks was a really nice addition after we came home late from the baths about 5 minutes away. The host was a super nice friendly woman, she even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from their wine yard upon leaving.Absolute gem much recommended to stay here when you visit the baths, instead of the huge hotels.
