The staff, the bed, and the room.

A wedding, from 19:00, (October 25th, 2025), until 3:30 (26th Oct 2025). Music, noise, people screaming and laughing, smoking, and arguing. I could not sleep until around 5:00 when I got a new room. This is a disrespect and a disgrace towards the hotel guests. I was told that this was quite often they had weddings and parties at this hotel.I recommend people to find other hotels if they want to get a rest and a good night sleep. The coffee machine in breakfast was broken.

Great, calm location near Krakow. Also Situated near a park. There is parking space inside the teritory and the building itself looks like a true mansion.

Someone was knocking on the door very loudly at night (not our door)

It is situated in a great location, adjacent to a park. The open buffet at breakfast offered all standard dishes, prepared simply and tastefully.

The bed was quite short. No mosquito nets on windows.

Super cool place. will come again to Krakow next time and stay in this hotel. Good people at reception. Very kindly. Breakfest is really nice! Big thx to hotel team and to owners. Good job guys. Best wishes from Ukrainian family.

Rooms had no AC and really difficult to sleep well

The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome, including the cleaners ? they were great. The location is amazing, right next to the park and just far enough out of town to be peaceful. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. The continental breakfast was lovely, it ticked all the right boxes.

Loved the location near park. Great for the nice walk and enjoying the beautiful winter. The view from breakfast was really nice as well as selection of food during breakfast. Stuff extremely friendly.

The room was not dirty, but it was not clean. Under the shower there was a big spot of some product, probably shower gel and there was one hair sink. I arrived quite late, so I have not informed anyone. I am sure if I did I would got my room replaced, because stuff was really friendly and helpful. The other thing I was not happy about was coffee machine at the breakfast. If you wanted to make cappuccino it was spraying milk all around.

Very good breakfast, good room very comfortable bed. Much better than where I stayed before.

Breakfas is bad Dinner closes too early (9 pm)They say there is a Jym and sauna but they are closed and you have to pay

It is situated 10-15 minutes from the airport, I recommed when you travel. Beautiful place - looks like a mini “castle”. ? Breakfast was amazing.

We had room with windows located into the park so it was a little bit louder in the evening.

Good location, large rooms, above average breakfast

The hotel is also a party/wedding venue which means when there is a function on it is impossible to sleep due to the extremely loud music that goes on all, and I stress all, night.

Nice hotel, next to big park and close to everything you might need - shops, restaurants, even swimming pool. Highly recommended if you need to stay in Skawina

Terribly noisy place. Appart from other guests. Cleaning ladies simply start vacuum clenaing at 7:15 not caring.

Clean & stylish. Plus really good coffee

Acoustic isolation is very poor. You can easily hear what's going on in the next room and floor. People behaving like pigs, banging on the walls and doors, especially tourists from Warsaw as it turned out

Disappointing

Lack of parking places; poor breakfast; noisy rooms and bathrooms - possible to be heard from the whole hotel if somebody is using it during the night; no airconditioning;

I booked through booking .com and after check out the charged we twice , booking.com fee and my bill . am very annoyed
