Pros +
- Rooms: The room is very spacious and decorated in a neo-bourgeois style, which doesn’t always fit together perfectly. There is an open wardrobe with a drawer, a chest (with drawers) with a TV on top and a minibar hidden inside, and on the opposite side a double bed, a small table with a kettle and a few tea bags which, truth be told, weren’t very good (too old?), plus some complimentary bottles of water. On each side of the bed there’s a small stool serving as a bedside table. A washbasin is located directly in the room. Unfortunately, there is no hook for hanging towels next to it. A hairdryer, vanity kit, soap, shoehorn, etc. are provided.Next to the room entrance there is a very small toilet, where it’s hard to turn around, but it serves its purpose.Opposite the entrance is the shower. The water drained too slowly, suggesting a potentially clogged drain, as the water was collecting and spilling over the edge (using a normal water flow). The bed is king-size but too short and far too soft, making it uncomfortable and resulting in poor sleep and some back pain in the morning. The room is well soundproofed despite one of the city’s main roads running past the hotel. The only noise is coming from below.Internet: very slow and therefore unusable for video calls – only about 7.5/5 Mbit DL/UL.There is also no desk in the room, even though there would be enough room for one. There is no price list for the minibar (or it was hidden); I paid €4 for a small Jägermeister.Access to reception is through a low doorway via a very narrow staircase.Staff: friendly, but the receptionist’s English is very limited, which makes communication difficult.Breakfast: served in the hallway/foyer downstairs. There are fresh bread rolls, buns, croissants, vegetables and fruit (apples, bananas, pineapple, melons...), yogurt, butter, honey, jam, tea, coffee...
- Lovely building with courtyard for meals. Nice quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast fairly basic but good enough.
- Excellent location, great room with comfortable bed, quiet and plenty of air for a great sleep. Wonderful breakfast too.
Cons -
- Mattress: too short, poor quality, poor sleep comfort .Parking: limited parking place, away from hotel.Pretty slow WiFi, gets interrupted constantly.Limited English knowledge (or any other foreign languages).
- Coffee maker difficult to use - didn’t get a decent cup of coffee
- As it is right under the roof, it's a bit warm inside, even with open windows (I assume in the summer, it's much worse) but besides that, nothing to complain about :-)

Excellent location, great room with comfortable bed, quiet and plenty of air for a great sleep. Wonderful breakfast too.
The location is great, everything is as it was described plus the restaurant itself was very good, can recommend it! :-) Also, the welcome drinks were much appreciated!

Nice and very helpful staff. Great location
Please change your coffee machine (breakfast), it took forever to make one cup of coffee. Also, coffee didn't taste that great
Great location, free parking across the street, perfectly fine breakfast, the rooms very nice a modern, we liked the details. Would definitely come again
Nothing comes to mind
I would like to share information about breakfast. Hotel has very well breakfast and polite staff. I recommended.
I stayed in a winter. Our room was little bit cold even though the heating was working.
Pleasant
Very poor breakfast with low quality products; not enough heating in winter season; uncomfortable mattress; parking information was not clear - few liable parking in front or private parking in a dark street. It total: overpriced
Lovely hotel in a good location on the outskirts of the old Jewish quarter. It has a great restaurant for dinner and the room was very cosy.
Nothing to say here.
A nice hotel in the old town of Trebic. Friendly people and I had a nice room.
Room was very light (shining through the curtains)
Our stay was short but wonderful. Being in such an old building while enjoying the luxuries of the room was wonderful combination. Having a bath in the room was so fun and relaxing, and overall the size of the room was very luxurious. People were so nice, in the reception and restaurant, we felt very welcomed.
Everything was great, so don’t have any feedback.
Everything. Excellent food, very comfortable bed, clean and lovely rooms, location, ambiance, facilities, coffee....
An exceptional climate referring to the climate of Trebic itself. The rooms, while retaining their historic appearance, are very comfortable. A high-end restaurant.
A low bathroom door. At first you have to be careful, but you can get used to it. That's because of the building's historic condition.
Trebic is absolutely worth a visit (day trip of when you pass it by) and when you do, please consider staying at this lovely boutique hotel. It is connected and part of the old neighbourhood, very nice atmosphere and has a courtyard restaurant as part of it. We loved it.
Location
Room was really hot,no AC. Room was facimg the yard - it was really noisy.breakfast was poor, everyhing cold, eggs were terrible..
Place
The personnel look tired except for the reception girl It would be good to have stationary air-conditioning because of the noise
Location. Service. Restaurant food. Breakfast.
Big bed, good location, competent staff
No AC, 400 czk fee if you want to park in front of the hotel, mediocre breakfast, 16 euro fee for a dog
The staff were wonderful, really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had an early check out so they made sure breakfast was prepared in advance for us to take away. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable.
The room was a little stuffy but an air conditioning unit was provided. I understand that as it’s a historic building, they are limited in what they can provide in terms of air conditioning.
great location & breakfast. the room was super clean, spatious and comfortable with free tea and soda.
there was a loud noise at night – like a water heater humming, or a heat pump. had to sleep with earplugs.
