Great location, parking, delicious hot breakfast, spacious room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with bathtub.Pleasant staff who care about guests.

The personal greeting from an open reception staff ( not our experience so far this trip) was a real treat. The welcome schnaps also was great! Really liked the room, nice views. Great location in the old Jewish Ghetto. Great Breakfast, great beds and shower, good convenient free parking, another treat. Definitely recommend and would return. I really enjoyed the history of the building, cobbling together 3 old houses. Helpful restaurant recommendations.Our visit in Trebic was a relaxing treat. Unlike other more well known Czech cities (that start with P) Trebic is not overrun with tourists and tacky tourist shops. A nice quiet visit..

Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast!The accommodation is in a perfect location, everything was easily accessible. The staff were very kind and welcoming, I felt truly taken care of. The breakfast was rich and delicious – a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

access to the property was a bit problematic – navigation led me the wrong way, and parking was more complicated than expected.

Beautiful hotel near the Jewish neighborhood of Trebic. It is a historical building kept in excellent conditions. The room was large and gorgeous. The staff was very helpful.

Construction works outside and inside of hotel starting before dawn at 6 am.When I complained on the hotel phone, the receptionist hung up.In general, badly soundproofed rooms.

From time to time maybe it's worth pulling the wardrobes and curtains and remove spders and spider webs which some people may not like in the room

One of the best hotels in Czech, I suggest to any traveler, fantastic rooms with rarely seen nowadays interiors and furniture, very helpful people and overall, very nice location.

Young woman who greeted us was exceptional! The location is fantastic, amongst historical buildings and quaint laneways. Our room was extremely comfortable and well equipped, including access to a beer, wine & snacks vending machine. There is a great history of the building and restoration. Wonderful small hotel in an authentic location!

Nice, pleasant, secure hotel.

Communication wasn’t great - we had trouble receiving responses. I would blame it on technology, but we had no trouble communicating with about 10 other hotels, so I don’t know what the problem was. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a negative.

Staff friendliness

On 2nd day of my stay, without a notice, room heaters(radiators) control knobs were changed. In the evening, when I returned to the room, control knob on both radiators were changed. I was unable to control temperature. None from staff informed me on change and new way of temperature room controlling, That was only done when I reported it, at checkout.

Beautifully restaurated hotel with friendly staff, nicely located with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Our room had 2 floors, from the upper floor we had a beautiful view on the town. Breakfast had a wide range of food.

It was a bit difficult to park the card and to reach the hotel through the narrow streets

it was a beautifully and ingeniously restructured old building. we were give a duplex apartment. comfortable beds. every conceivable query was handled graciously at the reception desk. perfect stay. we were even tracked down by phone when my wife left her rain coat behind in a closet. we went and retrieved it the next day.

The hotel is well located right in the Historic Jewish Quarter and there is free parking. The rooms are large and the breakfast is fine overall.

Our room was a bit odd with the bedroom being up a spiral staircase. The steps were a bit slippery but overall it was very nice and peaceful. If you have mobility issues there might be some concern as there are a lot of steps as the hotel is on the side of a hill and so it has a bit of a vertical layout

Recommended. Nice hotel situated on a hillside. Quiet location on the perimeter of the Jewish Quarter and short walk to the bridge to Trebic's Town Square. Communication with staff was good. Disappointed they declined request to extend check-out to 11 AM from 10 AM--hostess said "is not possible". One hour, really? We stayed one night in Room #26. Plenty of room for two travelers, stated size is 33m². Very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy but linens had a stale odor. The bathroom is cozy but adequate. There is a tub/shower with a glass shower surround covering about half of the tub. Room has a sitting area with a sofa, two TVs, two desks with chairs, a very small fridge (stocked with beverages for purchase). Nice breakfast room opens at 7 AM with scrambled eggs, links, cereals, cheese, cold cuts, etc. Wi-Fi signal was fair, very weak near the bed. Lots of power outlets for charging devices but not all conveniently located. SDB. Free parking behind the building. Payment terms: Paid at check-out.
