Location was beautiful

It was a bit dated but still very nice and staff was amazingly accommodating for any request

The location on the outskirts of San Bernardino were lovely. We enjoyed our walk around the lake in the evening after dinner in town. I could see this location be great fun later in the summer for families.

There was only one other couple staying in the hotel on June 3rd. It made it feel a little deserted with only a skelton crew working. Many of the lights in common areas near the front desk were shut off adding to the deserted effect. We woke at 6:30 to the sound of a jackhammer in the parking garage below us as the hotel was taking advantage of the slow season to make improvments.

Very good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good quality for price. Wifi efficient, wonderful position surrounded by the mountains.

Bathrooms would need some refurbishment, better the shower than the bathtub, they are a bit old. Lighting in the rooms can be improved.

The location is terrific!!! The staff is really nice, room very clean and wide!

Stayed here for a motorcycle trip. Room was huge with comfy beds. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely view from the balcony overlooking the lake and mountains.

Just as beautiful as it looks on the photos, great stop off on our drive from Zurich to Italy. The place was immaculate.Very welcoming owner. Brought breakfast into our room in the evening as she knew we wanted an early start.

Dreamy location! Location, staff and atmosphere are perfect. They provide free parking that is absolutely necessary (specially in winter). The hotel and restaurant is dog friendly. I suggest the rooms with balcony because the view is beautiful.

A chic view from the window and balcony on the lake and mountains, convenient parking right in front of the hotel entrance, the room has a great large refrigerator, a good Italian breakfast, very friendly hosts. If you choose this hotel, then come to the time of check-in to have time to enjoy the beautiful views before dark.

Coffee should be asked to make, which is not very convenient. If there was a good coffee machine for guests it would be much more comfortable.

The rooms are dated and should be redone. The matresses were so bad, we had to put two on top of each other.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the forest overlooking a secluded lake. They have a good restaurant and an excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms and hotel in general are very dated and in need of an overhaul or at least some maintenance. There is almost no cupboard space. The bathroom is cramped and we had to ask for towels as they didn't have enough in the room when we arrived. They also need to do a lot of cleaning to get it up to what most people would consider an acceptable standard. We had requested a baby cot, but decided to bring our own, a good choice as the one available in the hallway was pretty dirty. They have new bar fridges in the rooms with glass fronts, but they are meant for restaurant display, so there is a bright internal light that will light up the whole room that you can't turn off unless you unplug the fridge!

Excellent location en route from South to North or vice versa. Lovely lake right under the balconies. Would stay a few extra days next time.

We stayed one night as part of travelling through the region, it was an excellent location with lovely views of the mountains. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Loved everything in it: the staff, room size and kitchen equipment, balcony and most inportantly: location (could not have veen any better with far enough from the close by village to feel as if we were in complete remoteness in a positive way). Surprisingly also the best pizza (margarita) we ate during our whole 4 week travel
