Parking inside a gate which is closed at night! Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Very clean. Tea and instant coffee in the room. Very good breakfast. Short walking distance to at least 2 restaurants. Quiet street.
The staff at the reception was friendly. The guesthouse has free parking. The building's architecture is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons -

The hot water in the shower and sink was only lukewarm (to put it mildly). I checked in quite late, so by the time I wanted to shower, the receptionist had already left. I left early the next morning, so I didn't get a chance to mention the issue. On the bright side, the heating in the room worked perfectly.
