Hotel Szary Residence

The hotel is quite small by feels comfortable, clean, well organized. The main attraction is the horses, Visit the horse stables, pet them, feed them and watch them walk in the large hall. Of course, there is the option to ride yourself. Which it was wonderful for me and my children.

Super nice hotel, especially considering it has 24/7 check in. We arrived at 1am, everything went smoothly. Room was nice, breakfast was ok (sandwich material and some warm foods aswell like scrambled eggs and bacon). Really beautiful horses and scenery. And it had secure parking, which is nice and safe if you're traveling in a vehicle.

There was an old tea bag under the mirror in a dark corner. When breakfast started at 7am, it got pretty loud, you could hear people in the hallway.

Spacious room. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet. Should be nice during summer time. In general good place to stay - it was not our first stay, and probably not the last one.

Actually nothing bad. It's only that radiators were turned on to the maximum so it was too hot in the room. But we turned them off, opened windows and all was good.

Peaceful location, pet friendly, good parking spots, delicious food in the restaurant.

The window between sauna and gym is weird.

The breakfast was average. Same spoons were used for different dishes which is not very appealing. Also, the music was too loud and the kitchen staff was arguing.Around the property there was a lot of horses’s poop on the roads.It would be good to have something in the fridge in the suite and also to have such basic staff as shampoo, slippers, bathrobe

The possiblity to darken the rooms should be better with some curtains. Very light in the morning.

It was an amazing experiance as always. I'm always staying there when i travel for work and its one of the best hotels ive ever stay in. All stuff is extremly professional and polite. The food is fantastic, room as cozy and comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

I honestly dont have a bad word to say about this place. ive been here multiple times and each time ive been tended to, everyone was helpful and made sure i get the best service possible.

Big room, very good bed, very quiet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty.

Just some minor thing - there was some strange a bit unpleasant smell in corridors.

Close to city, perfect for short weekend trip to avoid all city crowds. You can enjoy with riding horses and sauna / jacuzzi

Nice, clean, cheap, little hotel close to Krakow.

Room was too hot when entering. Switched off heating and opened a window, and it cooled down quickly.

Extremely friendly staff. They were so super kind and helpful. Everybody speaks English!!! Very helpful to get along, even if you do nit speak Polish.

The hotel is located beside the Szary stables which adds to the experience. We love horses so we wanted to spend some time in a place where we can interact with them. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options. The restaurant was really good as well. This is a very nice option to spend some time away from the city in a peaceful and green surroundings.

The place was in the countryside. Location was perfect, nice view all around. Hotel staff was friendly, professional, they spoke and understood english well enough. Rooms where clean, comfortable and had a nice view.

Breakfast was clean and tasty. The staff are professional and friendly. The location is great as it is on the outskirts of Krakow but not far away. Overall very good.

There was nothing about the accommodation that was disappointing. For one thing, you'll have to look out for the driveway into this hotel. :)
