Great location to stay. Superb view of mountains from the window / balcony. They have big parking and own well-groomed territory. Tasty dishes in their restraunt that can be delivered to your room.
There was no warm water in the morning. Even after 30 minutes of usage it still was rather cool. Spa zone and a basen do not work on Sundays.There was no a kettle in the room but it was provided on reception on request. The restraunt was overcrowded and it was very noisy at breakfast.
Hotel was really lovely and quiet. Breakfast was good quality, with good choices for everyone.

The room was big and clean.
The air condition in the room didn't work at all. After several complains to the reception, nothing was done ! And we reported about that 10 minutes after checking in!

A bit undfriendly feeling if non on the employees don´t greet you in the morning, no smiles :)Scary moment when on the second morning it turned out that warning sign on coffee-machine warned on Polish (!) not to drink coffee-drinks, only black coffee. Rised a question what did we drink on the first morning? Please-please use English as well!

I 've travelled with my family 2+2 and booked two double rooms. Unfortunately for the staff it was not an issue that the rooms where not next to each other.
