I enjoyed the breakfast very much. I like the plush and "feel" to the resort. The various places to sit in the hallways, the outside facilities, all very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the sliced steak and mashed potatoes. Excellent quality and quantity.

I would have like to see cream and sugar on the tables. It was a bit difficult to balance a plate full of food while making coffee and adding cream and sugar. I would have liked to see the coffee/tea and mini bar items replaced each day. They were not replaced each day.

The building is truly impressive. I especially love the second floor of the main building—it feels like a jungle!Well maintained SPA with 12 m pool.

Upon arrival, if you are based in the SPA building and it’s your first visit, it may take some time to find your way around. The restaurant offers a great selection of breakfast foods, though I would suggest improvements to the à la carte menu. The SPA would be more relaxing if the music served as a subtle background rather than being too prominent. Additionally, while it’s December, not all Christmas music is ideal for creating a relaxing atmosphere.

TV in room needs to face bottom of bed. Guest needs to turn t to grit head around to the right to look at it from the bed. Eventually causes neck strain!

All was up to standard.

I travel with kids in order to visit the near park of Energylandia. Great facilities. All the personel was polite and helpful. We eat at the restaurant which has interesting menu.

The service Booking.com has a mistake in referring the location to a different place distant about 1,5 km away from the destination. Writing the name of the place in GPS of course solves the problem but ti may be a nuisance if you follow the servic booking.com first :-)

It was clean and well maintained

The AC didn’t work and the room was very stuffy, as well as electricity in half of the studio. Front desk staff just said „Okay I see” after I reported it the next morning, not even a „sorry for the inconvenience”.

The breakfast was good, staff very professional and attentive. The restaurant food was excellent, live music on Saturday was superb. The spa massage was excellent as was the 10 pin bowling and pool table.

Our room was in the farthest corner of the secondary building, which meant a 5 minute walk to reception and breakfast. Our lift was broken for two of the three days we stayed. Free coffee and tea was available in our room but we were refused replenishment on the second day and told that we would have to purchase additional beverages if required from the kitchen. Outside of the hotel and Wadowice town, there was little to do or visit.

We are coming at least twice a year to the Mlyn since it has open.Having to be in the Region, that's the only valuable hotel that you can find there.Staff is always kind and nice and the swimming pool / spa facilities are good.

Since it was opened they never renewed the rooms and that's a pity.The rooms are getting old and old fashioned.Also, apart from the 3 suits that the hotel is offering, there's no available rooms with double beds, all the rooms are twin beds.

in sauna area I was asked to remove clothes ? twice! and I was kicked out as I was not doing that. seriously? I paid to come to the hotel with sauna and enjoy it. I'm an adult I can make a decision myself where to stay naked. creation of the such rules contradics ethic principles of some people. i more or less can adopt to watching ugly other bodies, but would definitely prefer not to see that at all. very stupid

Extremely loud disco party beneath our room until 2am, then drunk loud people in the hotel corridor in front of our room so we could not sleep until almost 3am (complaining at the front desk reception had no effect, they basically told us that the people paid rent for the restaurant so we should understand that the hotel cannot request them to stop the party - as if we did not pay for the stay, it was very arrogant approach from the hotel). We asked for refund, as the ‘bo-sleep-night’ ruined our stay, but the hotel stuff and hotel management don’t care at all. Would nit recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for relax.

The facilities are great. Really enjoyed the saunas and pool. Very good selection at breakfast, dinners a la carte and menu. Quiet posh I would say, well presented and really mouthwatering. Definitely will be back there if around.
