Quiet, calm and kind reception staff.Really good wellness facilities with a wellness advisor who was very helpful. Lovely breakfast.

Very good location especially if you are with a dog or like to walk there are a lot of paths along the river. Great staff and amenities! We already booked another stay :)

The air-conditioning in the room was not working. Difficult to sleep in the heat. On top of that the plumbing of the room next door made a terrible noise waking us up in the middle of the night. This is not what you would expect from a high end hotel.

Hotel was very clean, location is perfect, and close to city center, wellness center is excellent, staff was ver kind and helpful.Breakfast is great, and restaurant meals super nice.

The room was modern and spacious. The bed was also a very good size for a couple.

The air conditioning didn’t work. As the room was way too hot, we were offered to move to another room.

Staff is excellent without them this hotel would be a pity stay really overpriced not managed well old hotel.

There is no cattle nor tea nor coffee in the room. If you want some you have to go to the bar and pay for it …and one night it’s over 140 EUR …. Breakfasts really poor. Half board …. Again food included not a big choice on the menu … for drinks even coffee you still have to pay additionally. Again if not a great waiters and stuff on the reception my stay would be really disappointing with this overpriced hotel.

I am not recommending the hotel

the location is bad, there are often private discotheques opposite, very noisy long into the night. Very reluctant staff, a director with an arrogant voice to the client. very weak wellness, ziaden zupan, but I want a fee for wellness slippers. the hotel is bad 3*

Location was good and easy gated parking next to hotel (for a fee).

Room needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, especially the bathroom. Shower had rust stains all around the bottom edge of it and the toilet seat was dirty. Besides a cleaning, I think it needs to be renovated!

Everything - Property, personnel, breakfast, pillows, bed, everything was really low quality for a 4 star hotel and for the price per night

No coffee making facilities.Soap dispenser was empty. Replacement did not work. Finally, it was corrected.I do not like charging for parking (I parked free on street).Location is away from town center.

Their attitude to press money out of guests - 50 eur/night for a child sleeping in the parents’ bed, 15 eur for lost plastic room card, 6 eur for parking in the onsite lot while the next door huge public parking lot is free, etc.Reception will not sell drinks from the fridge at the reception after 10 pm - and nothing open in walking distance.No coffee machine in the room.Our suite’s window opened for dirty roof.No wellness robes in one of our rooms.Members of loud sport team running around in hotel and corridors in swimsuit, half naked or bare foot while keeping their belongings on the corridor.

Very nice location and good parking. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The room size is spacious enough.

Not all facilities in the wellness club working. The opening hour is quite short, only 4 hours. The coffee machine during breakfast was NOT always working.
