Hotel Villa Maria

The landscape was great. Actually everything was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean comfortable and everything worked. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed it. I would love to stay there again

From the start, we enjoyed the warm reception from Martina, as well as the rest of the staff. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and restful. The location of the hotel provides a great view for those who can appreciate the natural beauty of the surroundings. Our short visit to Hotel Villa Maria is quite memorable.

Perhaps provide a range of crackers or snacks, in addition to sweet biscuits, that cater for people who are monitoring their calorie intake, such as those with certain medical conditions, e.g. diabetics.

The room and bathroom was very clean. There was lots of parking. There was a lift and a vending machine for drinks and snacks. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and there was a balcony.

The walls were extremely thin and a lot of sound could be heard from the corridor and other rooms. The room was very small, fine for 1 night but too tight for me to want to stay longer than that. The shower was absolutely tiny, a larger person would not fit inside. The seat of the balcony chairs were rusty so we didn't use them

the staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. they even took us to another venue and picked us up as the local taxi service was poor.

Breakfast was very poor, cold eggs, bacon and sausages, no bar only a fridge with cold drinks. Nothing much around the hotel.

The staff were very helpful in arranging transport for us to a family wedding. Our room was very comfortable but others in our party who had booked a similar grade of room unfortunately were allocated inferior rooms.Lovely breakfast to suit all tastes.Convenient hotel to the town of Crispiano.

This hotel is used for parties and events. On the three nights out of the four that we stayed, there appeared to be large parties and consequently we were disturbed by loud thumping music until the early hours of the morning.

This beautiful hotel was absolutely fantastic, quiet and romantic, everyone was so friendly and amazing. The food was great.A big thank you to everyone but in particular Martina and Sarah who could not do enough for us!! Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service!!

Lovely staff, very quiet, and lovely pool area. Great breakfast as well. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool, it was a narrow balcony but beautiful view and relaxing to sit at night.

Dinner, 25 euro set menu, was not worth it. Room is not so big, there was no wardrobe. It was fine for us but not somewhere you would spend much time.

There ws a lots of cakes. Some fruits nice cafe.

More bread. But I think the Italian people they use mostly cakes.

The room was very clean and the girl from the reception was so nice, friendly and she offered us a lot of information.

The room was extremely tiny, the breakfast (I mean the salt dishes) was basic/poor. Too expensive considering the services offered.

The staff at the hotel reception were exceptional so very helpful,really going out of their way to help, particularly with arranging taxi's to the wedding venue we were going to

Wrong booking.com destination (their fault!!!) did cost 2 hours of our time. poor room for the price AND we could NOT open the window, as under our room was the smelling kitchen. We did complain- they did nothing and charge the full Price

We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and calm. The staff is amazing and helpfull.
