Having to use a swimming cap to use the swimming pool is not normal and in many ways uncomfortable (the hotel should change this rule)

Good, comfortable clean rooms,new bathrooms, and friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast and an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner within the complex

The location, in the middle of nowhere with taxis difficult to find and very expensive. However it is fine if you have a car

The property was so well kept, clean and looked after. The food is 10/10 and so are the staff. Highly recommended!!

We liked everything about this hotel! Really nice staff at reception and during breakfast. Rooms clean with big comfy beds. Most of them are right next to the pool. It's really convinient when you have children. Pool is quite big, salty water and really well maintained. Everything is well maintained - you can see that somebody's paying attenction to the details. Sunbeds are also very comfy. Breakfast is varied - mainly sweet, typical italian, but you can find fresh bread (not toast), cheeses, deli and boiled eggs. We were satisfied, nobody's left hungry :) The music at the pool was also really nice - soft pop-rock, no one can be bothered by that kind of music and it feels nice to listen to something.

Location is in quiet rural surroundings and a car is needed in order to get around and visit surrounding towns.The breakfast choices are varied and plentiful and very well presented. The staff are very attentive and approachable and always willing to help in any way. We must mention Nora who went out of her way to give us information about where to visit, eat and shop. She is friendly and knowledgeable of the area and her choices were excellent. There is also a restaurant on the site which serves food typical of the area.The complex is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness by the staff and I would not hesitate to stay here again. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The Actual place was nice and clean and the restaurant on site for dinner was outstanding. Pool was clean as well and the parking was good

They Charged us extra for a service (an extra bed) we did not confirm, and never informed us of this extra charge as we started out stay. We had enquired about an extra bed on booking.com but when they told us the price we did not confirm it.They then wanted to charge us €37 per night per extra bed. We didn't need these beds as we would have slep 3 in the large beds provided. When i checked out and paid the bill these charges weren't there. We spent the afternoon by the pool and as we were leaving they said there was an extra charge of €444 euros which was LUDACRIS!After a lot of fighting with the manager who would not speak in english to us. We got it reduced to €150There were also extra charges to use towels for the pool at a cost of €4 per towel. They told us its a one time fee then after they told us it is a per time they change fee at the end of our stay. That was coming to another €72!

Excellent hotel in a good location. The hotel was on a main road and a bit tricky to find but once there it was excellent and I highly recommend.Secured location - need a key card to obtain entry. Large car park.Single room but was spacious enough for one person. Very clean and modern. Excellent WIFI and access to a small terrace area on the ground floor, Good quality breakfast with a variety of food and drink. Highly recommend and couldn't ask for more

The staffs were extremly kind and generous. This was the best part for me, very patient and always cautious. I really enjoyed my staying here!

A hotel that is perfect in everything that we wanted Except, could have done with proper ceramic (IKEA) plates instead of Paper Plates which are used for Breakfast!!!

Very friendly staff - make you feel at home. Great choice of breakfast items to satisfy everyone's needs. Very safe when travellign with children and with your own car as the place is secured by the gate. This was our second visit and definitely not the last.

Would be great for the hotel to have a restuarant as you need to have a car to go and eat in the evening.
