I was glad to be here. Very fresh air, very clean rooms. I sleep very well.

I rent 5 apartments in row, and this look like little bit overpriced, it I was glad for cleanness, thanks.

A stop on the via francigena to room hotel in square in the newer side of town.WiFi excellent good shower comfortable bed etc.I had dinner in hotel very good meat cooked over charcoal Breakfast included all you need ham cheese etc

great location on the Via Francigena. Open restaurant serving a great dinner - with pilgrim discount. Best water pressure in the shower of the whole trip - so nice!

I asked for a room with wifi but the wifi did not work in my room.

Dinner at the restaurant was excellent! Breakfast was fantastic!

Location was excellent for our Via Francigena walk.

We finish walking around 13;00 and early check-in was not possible. We were able to check -in as advertised.

Everything we needed was there. Decent shower, comfy bed, good location and a good breakfast.

Not friendly and the A/C didn’t work. Didn’t sleep at all because it was so hot and noisy.

Wasn’t very lean and no air conditioning, even though they said it would be turned on. 90 degrees and no sleep. Loud and busy outside.

The restaurant below hotel was wonderful. Meals were terrific. Room had balcony overlooking street .

Bed was very hard . Pillows harder. Several Cut electrical wires dangling from walls in room. The room balcony had no chairs or table for seating .Street noise is quite loud.

Stayed 1 night while walking the Via Francigena. Nice property in a convenient neighborhood. Enjoyed my Italian breakfast.

Breakfast was very chaotic with 1 person operating solo and unsurprisingly not coping.Poor sound proofing in rooms.

Great hotel in just the right location for us. Our little dog was welcomed no problem and themeal in the restaurant was so tasty and wonderful value.

Excellent staff. Good food in the restaurant, but poor service.

Lots of deffered maintenance issues within the facility, some health and safety issues while others were unsightly, easy to remedy repairs by the owners.

Perfect for walking the via francigena, right on the route and a lovely hotel with a pilgrims dinner available.
