Excellent location, near ski lift easy walk, big parking lot, very good breakfast, great staff, let us in before normal check in time and very good SPA.

Location is good

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Disposable plastic cups in the bathroom. Food in the restaurant was pricey and tasteless.

Old facility not at the level of a four stars hotel. Parking very poor with ice and abusive parking still charged 7 euro per day. Breakfast not included despite a very high rate

It is not a hotel of four stars.Be ready to pay for spa 30€ per person, and no one will warn you about additional charge. Also no one will tell you that you need to reserve your spa time. We booked the hotel only because of the spa, and then we learned that there was no availability until the last moment. Not the cost is the problem but the fact that no one tells that you need to reserve the spa and pay for it. Another point, there were stains on the bedsheets.I am completely disappointed with entire establishment.

The location and the staff were amazing

I just missed something to heat water and some coffee saches , especially because I woke up everyday around 4 in the morning because of time difference. And also was cold. A small fridge as we had is good of course but hot water for coffe or tea in the winter is a must

Perfect location, nice staff, welcoming atmosfere and nice spa. We really enjoyed breakfast and the very warm and Christmassy environment. I would recomand especially for families.

We didn’t like the fact that after we came back from dinner we found the hotel completely closed. Lights in the hall turned off and nobody at the reception. They forgot to mention that access to the hotel after 11 pm was possible with a code though a service door. We called a number posted on the main entrance and someone came to open us immediately. We would have liked to enjoy the bar and the gaming area before going to sleep but it was not possible after 11 pm.

An excellent hotel for a single night stay- would have liked to stay longer. We were walking a ridge walk along the Apennines and loved the comfort of this hotel. The footpath passes through the village so this location was ideal.The staff were lovely, and the room very comfortable.The breakfast was ample and a young man serving the breakfast was particularly smiley and friendly- we really liked him. This is the kind of staff that really makes you feel welcome.We hope to come back for longer.

A smile is not part of the service here and no sense of the famous Italian hospitality either.Nobody speaks English (or French) except for one lady at the reception desk.We booked for 5 nights but left after 4 (with no refund) given the disastrous customer experience. Based on our experience Booking.com clients not very welcome.RESTAURANTNo menus in English and no waiter to help in English either (thankfully we had google translate for a basic translation).Set Menus do exist but you won't see it if you don't ask for it, only the more expensive "a la carte" is automatically given.The dishes are quite mediocre and the variety is limited.Breakfast starts at 7:30 (but ski lift opens at 8:00 in April). No possibility to have it earlier, so we had to buy our food from the grocery shops to be on time. But, another guest who threatened not to take the room if he could not get breakfast at 6:45 got what he wanted. SPAThere is a spa (jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and sensorial shower, not well maintained), to access it you have to book in advance for 25€/person for 2 hours! In most 4 star hotels spa access is free, only the beauty and massage treatments have to be paid for. However, 30 minutes before our 2 hours were up, the hammam had already been turned off, leaving us free to admire the spider webs which were not initially visible with all steam at the beginning! No towels provided in the spa but we hadn't been told to bring one from our room.ROOMMinibar empty.Heating in the room is regulated from the reception desk, and seems to be switched off during the day, meaning that it is impossible to dry ski clothes before the next morning.The double bed was made up of two thin separate mattresses, so depending on where you positioned your body you might disappear between the two, not very comfortable.Small Plastic shower cabinIt seems the charming photos used on their website are not those of standard rooms.

The Wi-Fi connection is so bad. The is no mini bar in the room.

The stay was lovely over Christmas, we were really looked after. The staff were exceptional.
