- Breakfast ZERO!There is no buffet. The waiter asked me what I wish to get and said a regular breakfast, nothing special with eggs and coffee. I got as bonus a juice (I was asked about) and NOTHING else…Unbelievable! For sure, I could ask for cheese salami, perhaps some vegetables, butter and jam but I expected to get this because I saw that other customers had it…So, for me it was a ZERO + breakfast…I even haven’t been asked if everything is ok or if I would like to something else…VERY bad experience!!!
- There was wedding, without any announcement, the party was going still strong at 3am, kids could not sleep and staff did not manage different more quiet room. So we were left with no choice than leaving shortly after 3am with both small kids. Without even a word of apology from hotel.

Air con didn’t work, average breakfast and we had to chase stuff to refresh their breakfast hot table. Rooms were not cleaned daily and sheets not changed as well.
clean hotel in the centre of Garesnica. The staff were friendly and spoke good English (although i didn’t expect this) the food is very reasonably priced and fab, the rooms have a balcony which means i didn’t have to go downstairs to vape.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
