Hotel Nautilos

This hotel is located on the Sozopoli Beach, a very nice, blue flag beach (sand and some pebbles). On the beach there are enough sunbeds and if you order coffee or beverages they are free to use. During our holiday it wasn't crowded at all. The sea was warm enough to swim without any problems, with a gentle, shallow entry, making it ideal for families with young children. The hotel has a lovely garden with a bar, terrace and a small pool. The food was great – we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoyed all of them. Our room faced the garden at the back, so it was very peaceful. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated the free private parking with secure barrier access. Up to this point you could say yes, it’s nice – but many hotels in Greece offer similar things. What truly made the difference for us was the hotel owner, Mrs. Roula Mitu, and the wonderful team she leads, including her daughter, her son, and several kind and helpful young women and men. And of course, we must not forget the chef, Mr. Giorgos, who delighted us with his cooking. Their kindness and hospitality really made our stay special.Thank you

We only wish our stay had been longer

Big enough rooms, sea view, mosquito nets on the windows and balcony. Hotel's restaurant was great - delicious food (dinner), normal prices. Perfect location, clean beach, quiet place, not overcrowded.

There was hot water issue at the end of our stay (no hot water), but this didn't affect much the perfect time we had!

Staying at Nautilos is an amazing experience — spotless rooms, tasty food at the restaurant, and a beautiful beach all come together in the best way. But what truly makes this place unforgettable and so full of soul is Rula and her wonderful team. This is a wonderful place which we have been recommending to friends and family since we left. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and this really makes you feel welcome. The place looks great, the beach is great, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious and clean. We had a great time and we will for sure return.

The beach is very close to the hotel. Excellent hospitality by the owner, Mrs. Rula and her staff. Delicios dishes in the reataurant. Pleasent atmosphere. We'll be back soon ?

Everything was good!

We have been in the hotel for seven nights. All positive comments from the previous reviews have been confirmed. The hotel is in a very quiet area and on the beach. There is a lift to the upper two floors, which is very important. The parking is private with a ramp, although there are plenty of places around the hotel. The room is excellent, spacious, and cleaned on a daily basis. Within the hotel, there is an excellent restaurant. We ate each day differently. Excellent octopusses, fish, musaka, and other meals. Salads are huge. The bakery is just around the corner. Also, there is a supremarket. On the beach, there are beds and umbrellas, and the restaurant serves beach guests. The personnel were very friendly. Rula, as manager, is a very pleasant person. She fulfills all requests with a smile, and the guests leave the hotel satisfied and happy. Therefore, we highly recommend the hotel for a beautiful and calm holiday. Thank you, Rula, for this wonderful experience.

Our room had a beautiful sea view with a terrace. The beach is just accross the Hotel and we watched a lovely sunset there. The food is super for all the meals and we got special no gluten options. The staff is helpful, friendly and ready to help with any wishes. Highly recommend it !

Covered private parking, great restaurant with a lot of seats and covered parts, private beach with enough sun beds and shades, nice room and balcony, nearby market and bakery. But the best of all is a host, thank you Rula for everything.

Room and balcony cleaning should be better.

The hotel is literally at the beach, the beach is huge and there are very few other properties. The service is exceptional. Rula makes the best mussaka and baklava that I have ever tried at a restaurant. The sea food is also fresh from the sea and very well done. The service (food and drinks) extends to the beach itself, which is very nice.

Lovely place right on the beach with lovely people working there. This is all we need for a nice and peaceful vacation - clean and comfortable accomodation, sea view, few steps to the beach, good restaurant with fresh and delicious meals and the friendliest people.Thank you Rula for all you did for my family.Best wishes to you and your team ♡

Very good location. The hotel is next to the beach. The food in the restaurant is tasty. Defently a place to recommend. The staff is always polite and helpfull. The owner Rula is also very friendly and try make your stay as confortable as it could be.

The hotel is one step away from a gorgeous beach. The staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. Special thanks to Rula who manages the hotel - she was very accommodating and flexible and made us feel at home!

Renovated rooms inside. Sea view. Next to sea. Nice food in the restaurant. Quiet area. Very friendly staff. Supermarket, cafeteria, and butchery near by. Playground nearby. Organized beach.

Premises outdated and at parts poorly maintained. Overpriced for the given facilities and services. Highly oriented in making money out of everything. No provision to have somewhere to relax or spend time without ordering something. The swimming pool is more of a kids pool. Very shallow. Not open throughout the day and it is fenced all around with no chaise longues near it to enjoy it. It gives the impression they want to avoid people using it. For the first time in years of traveling in different countries I encountered a hotel charging the baby cot. All in all it has potential but still, work needs to be done to charge for the prices they are charging. And these only a few examples I could get going but you get the point. I am Greek, and I have to say one can easily find better choices for this amount of money in Greece.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach and close to a supermarket and a bakery; the food is excellent and in huge portions, and the staff is very friendly and helpful; the service on the beach is also very good: plenty of free sun beds and very kind staff; a special "thank you" to Rula and "pupici" from my mom!

The hotel has a wonderful family atmosphere. The apartment is spacious with 3 large terraces and 2 air conditioners. Everything is extremely clean, and the apartment is cleaned every day. The owner of the hotel behaves like a real host. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel has its own secured parking lot with several places that have protection from the sun and rain. The beach is beautiful, and sunbeds and umbrellas are free for hotel guests. Drinks can be ordered from the hotel on the beach. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is known for its good cuisine.

Absolute lovely staff. From the room made to the waiters, the beach boy and finally to the hotel director Rula!It is very convenient that u can find in the same complex a bakery, supermarket and even a butcher.The quality of food in the restaurant was always top!Walking just a minute and u reach the the great beach where u find umbrellas and sunbeds. Food and drinks are served as well on the beach.

It was very clean.We got clean towels every day, and new sheets.The hotel was in a great spot, next to the beach. They had free sunbeds and there was a bar on the beach. There was free parking next to the hotel, it was great and usefull for our family. They have a restaurant, the food was great. The owner Rula was kind and always happy to help!

The whole vacation was very relaxing. There is everything you need, the beach is across the hotel, the restaurant is great with very delicious food, big portions and very affordable prices, the stuff is very kind, smiling and always there to help, Rula is a warm, kind person with a welcoming heart. We also liked the kids corner which is equipped very well.Also there is a supermarket and a bakery in the hotel which is very convenient.
