As we were visiting family both in Freiburg and in Konstanz, the location of the hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. Free parking on site was a plus point. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and as described. The hosts and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel in a small village. Good location if you are going from Zurich to Stuttgart, 2 minute drive from the autobahn. Room was clean with all the amenities included. Nice restaurant in the same building as the reception. Good breakfast.

Elevator was not working. It was not a big deal for us, but may be significant for someone with a disability

Pet extra charges were pretty expensive for our dog, they could have informed about that before booking.heavy mid doors, a bit hard to carry our bags to the room.Parking said free but it was simply in the street outside and it was up to us to find a parking.Not so good value for money, one of the most expensive places during our 1 month trip.

Friendly Staff, Excellent Food in the hotel restaurants, value for money, easy to access most of the tourist attractions in black forest by car and just 1 hour away from Zurich, Rooms were spacious and looking far better than the ones in picture. family rooms are available. Nice to walk

the room has very nice balcony.

it was mentioned in the booking that the breakfast would be included for 6 euro each but when i want there. it was 8.90. The reception staff was a bit rude, when I checked out.

Breakfast is excellent! and the staff was very nice and approachable. we travelled with 4 year old. They helped us a lot! Excellent place.

Only thing which I did not like is the sound from other room which is adjacent to us. We could hear them all the night till 1 am. Room was not sound proff. I think even the hotel management would have not done anything about it because it was at night. I suggest to ask the management immediately when you see the partition in your room !

We booked for two adults and one 11 year old child and got a double bed and a small couch. The couch was too small for an 11 year child. It was not possible to sleep there. We sleep all three in the double bed and none could sleep well in the first night. Next day we complained about this and got a guest bed. I have to say that they were friendly and reacted promptly to our complain.

The whole place is great. Special mention for the gentleman working on reception - he was very welcoming, cheerful, and helpful! ...and again at breakfast - lovely person!

I think that a fee for parking bicycles should be waived. It's almost petty to levy a fee.
