Gut Hotel Stadt Beelitz

It is in a beautiful old building, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. There was parking, though it was a little walk from the hotel.

The room was very cold when we arrived and didn’t heat up much before we left.

The room was bigger than I imagined! The bed was super cozy and spotless. And get this - they even had all the bathroom essentials I needed. Breakfast was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I’m definitely coming back! The location was also super convenient, being right in the heart of the town.

There is nothing to dislike. Everything was provided, it was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly

The room was utterly small and more suitable for very small persons. The interior design of this room invites makes you hit your head every time you want to go to the window or to the bathroom if you are not careful.

Hotel bedroom

No one was there for check in and we almost did not manage to get in. Very disorganized! Poor breakfast too. Everything running out and ingredients were not so fresh.

Location. Great restaurant excellent breakfast. Let us store our bikes inside.

No lift very steep stairs.

Cleanliness, placement, breakfast

I payed for a high double bed comfortable room, on the first floor, I got a small headroom no windows twin room on the top floor with walls on my head and beads 3m apart. Comfortable and clean.

+ cleanliness+ nice surrounding, the city is picturesque and just lovely; there's a nice area for a walk nearby.+ fridge in the room, small kettle, coffee, tea, etc. + easy check-in - we've called the host and received the code for key box. No problem with communication in english+ air conditioner avaliable+ breakfast was decent, coffee was very tasty even though it was in the jug not directly from the coffee machine+ avaliable free parking on the street nearby

I would say that there is not much to complain about, especially that we stayed there for short period of time. Maybe there could be more power sockets avaliable.

I liked the location, since it’s central and the rooms have air conditioning which is vital for these hot summers. My roomwas really big. The bathroom was clean.

I couldn’t opt out for the breakfast and I left so early that the breakfast included made no sense for me. Would ne nice to be able to opt out and pay less. The bed was uncomfortable, hard mattress and flat pillows. The shower was tiny. Walking around in the room and looking at my socks showed me, they didn’t mop it since hair and dust was all over my socks. I cannot really say anything about the staff, only that I caught someone when I walked in and they explained where my room was otherwise I’ve seen no staff at all. Main issue. I had to walk up two flights of stairs with a heavy bag. There is no elevator.

Parking in front of the hotel, good room and bathroom. Breakfast with all you need however nothing special

Bed a bit weak and hammock like ... still ok for one night. Coffee in the morning kept warm in a thermos jug for a while. Fresh coffee would make a big difference.

I like the Hotel. Lovely city. Parking could be more easy. Rooms very nice and clean. Breakfrist could be better. Easy to check in at any time. Staff did not speak much english.

Breakfrist was okey, could be better. Expensive to bring dogs as they charge pr dog pr day

The easy access from parking on the street and late check in possible with key box. the location excellent for our purpose of visiting the area to visit the old sanctuary park. The bed where comfy and rooms clean

The Hotel was very nice, quiet and clean. The bed was super comfy and the bedsheets were extra fresh :) The breakfast was included in the price and was very decent.

The hotel was locked upon our arrival. We had to call the number on the front door a few times before we were let in. Also, I was charged for the stay twice (once upon checkout, then a week later for no reason). Since the payment is done by the hotel directly booking.com has no control over it and cannot fix the situation as quickly as they usually do - and the hotel hasn't replied to any of my messages about this double charge. I paid twice for the same stay, so my value for money rate is not high :)

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is centrally located in the cute town of Beelitz.

The walls were rather thin and there is no elevator. But the nice gentleman at the front desk offered to carry my suitcase up for me.

It was uncomplicated and the staff was kind.

The room was smelly und not properly cleaned; i.e., dirty carpet, toilet was dirty and shower wasn't properly cleaned either)

The breakfast is rich and good, I was missing an espresso coffee from a machineAt first we were given a room with a double bed, and we asked them to switch to two beds. They did so the next day with no problem. The staff was very nice. The hotel is calm and quiet

There was no kettle in the room, for making hot drinks.
