The Hotel Ladenmühle is a cozy hotel with a long tradition, located in the picturesque valley of the eastern Ore Mountains near Cínovec in the middle of pure nature. A modern self-service system ensures that your arrival is not tied to the opening hours of the reception. Check-in is done conveniently from home via an app or on site at the self-service reception. The restaurant has no curfew and thanks to the self-service kiosks you can stay here until dawn. Our hotel offers comfortably furnished rooms with their own TV and free WIFI in two buildings. We have parking spaces and garages, sauna, massage and an outdoor area with a grill. Our restaurant offers a selection of dishes for lovers of traditional and vegetarian cuisine.

- Sport atmosphere in the hotel, it hosted bobsleigh athletes in the past..there are nice photos of them. Tha staffs were Czech and were reallt friendly and helpful.

Cons -
- The digital check in, not really user friendly…no manual and explanation that the code we got was to get the key from the locked ‘keyboxes’ ….it took us a while to understand how it worked and it just checked us in to one (out of 3 rooms, that we ordered).And we chouldn’t get back to the check in page, therefore without the help of the person on the phone (luckily she was directly available) we could only get 1 key. Without an active cellphone and signal to access your email (and the qr code) you are useless..

- We had an incident in the breakfast area where the staff wanted to push us out, through the coffee all over me and push my 3-year-old boy by hand while he was walking by. He was also shouting at us while we were leaving the area. When I complained about this to the reception manager, it seemed she already knew what happened and she only ironically smiled at me and after they handed me an invoice that I had paid, she only turned their back to me and left for the back office without even saying hello or goodbye. I travel often for work (2-3 times a month) and this is the most unpleasant stay I had in my entire life.On top of this, we had a spider incident in the room where the spider was crawling on me in the middle of the night. This is something that can happen to anyone but after the breakfast incident and spider on top of that I can, with 100% of confidence say that this is the hotel of horror where you don't want to stay!!!Furniture and everything in the hotel is rather old and worn down so you are not really missing on any charm or warm atmosphere, rather the opposite.

Really nice rural location - friendly staff - good reataurant and bar on site. Good bicycle storage.
Nothing really - just the wifi code was written in a font where some letters/numbers (like small l's and 1's) were the same as each other, so I had to try a few combinations before getting it right - easy fix though.
