View, pool

there is no fridge in the room, I couldn't buy food there is no place to put them and I booked for 10 days

AC only available in the living room.Access to the pool should be cleaned more often (the bassinet for washing the feet had dirty water)

The property is big enough. Has all the facilities inside and also nearby.

The property has massive swimming pools with great snacks.

The staff on the whole were friendly but the gentleman on breakfast could have been more helpful.

The shower in the room did not work, which in the heat we are experiencing here in France, was very disappointing. We did let the receptionist know before we left.

The park has the potential to be be something amazing. The staff is super friendly and tries to assist where they can. There is always someone present that speaks proper English. The location is great and they have very good pool facilities.Plenty of good activities in the area and amazing good restaurants.

Why this fairly poor rating:1) Absolute terrible, terrible, horrible beds. With these kinds of beds you better have a chiropractor on site. The bunk beds of my daughter were falling apart. Also these beds were terrible and my daughter never complains.That you have to make your own bed when you arrive did not help either..... We pay good money to stay here, some service is expected. But apparently this is the next costs saving thing to boost profit.2) a very poor functioning AC, it cooled barely in the main room, but the bedrooms have none or are not functioning. In the heat of southern France this is a no go. You want to have a good night sleep.

Good location and view, very quiet and peaceful, big supermarket 4 minutes away

The kitchen was very basic, missing a carving board, place mats, tea towels for drying dishes, a table cloth would have been nice too. Only the bare minimum utentiels available. And missing cleaning items, for the floors, toilets, mirrors etc. Only got a very basic cleaning kit with a little soap for dishes, not enough for 2 weeks. So bring everything, including toilet paper, towels, cleaning supplies and everything for table setting. Uncomfortable couch and the beds not much better. All in all it was in need of an update, also the bathroom. I didn't like that workers, gartners, builders working inside the residence, used the pool after work. They didn't shower but just jumped in the pool all sweaty. Should be more control with guests in the pool area.

Swimming pools a bit shabby and cold

20 min walk to Callian. Great view. Big pool. There out of season so quiet. Excellent washing facilities.

It rained quite a bit whilst we were there. The drainage in the courtyard was blocked, so outside was flooded in 75mm of water. Had to walk around the perimeter and jump a bit to keep feet dry. Dried up when the sun came out.

The room was clean and big enough

The pool was very cold ! ?

We were received very warmly and kindly in the reception by Sarah. She explained us in very good English.Upon checking out, she remembered our names.

Convinient stay at a fair price

Great stay in a gated hotel, very cheap just £80 for 2 nights instructions clear with code and checkin no issues during our stay.

There’s a €300 euro damage deposit. This needs to be more clear not just in an information box, we would never book an £80 two days stay with €300 deposit as wouldn’t want that much money to be on hold in my account for an unknown amount of time, another review saying it took over a month to get it back in the bank. This overall stressed us out so much. For a 7 day break with numerous family members this is normal but I think for 1 or 2 day short breaks for single people and couples that damage deposit needs to be slashed atleast in half. Maybe 50% of the stay. Also if they have the twin bed I’m not sure if there’s an option to use a bed sheet that is a double so it keeps them tightly together :)

Booking system chaotic.Moved room four times due to errors.From arrival to being in the room took two and a half hours.

The exterior is beautiful and cute. The resort has many interesting plants and paths for walking. It is close to Callian for a relaxed tour. The apartment was clean.

In addition to many positives, the apartment smelled of moisture and had traces of water damage on the walls and curtains. The corridor was not cleaned, so there was human hair and leaves. Many details contribute to the unmaintained impression: the laundry room is expensive and poorly maintained (you pay for your shirt to be yellow or brown from a dirty ironing board), the broom and toilet brush were disgusting, the children's pool was green with algae. However, they will charge you almost double the tourist tax (€20 instead of the advertised €12), ask you to polish the tap before leaving without detergents and to leave a deposit of €300 for a small apartment without a kitchen. I'm not against a deposit, but it's not commensurate with the quality of the accommodation. I hope they will work on themselves because the facility has potential, but they need to work on quality.

nice location and overview

staff was very unfriendly. they asked us to clean the apartment ( gave us mops and cleaning staff to do it) although we have clearly paid for end of dstay cleaning. they also threatened to charge us a full stay if we were late by 1min at checkout. the manager apologized for the behavior but we never go back

Unprofessional

Unprofessional approach (person on the reception doesn’t speak English) they ask you for a deposit (but they don’t mention that on booking “be careful “ then you have to struggle for 40 days to get deposit back because their accounting is not answering to your bank approvals. Not to mention it’s impossible to get them on the phone and try to speak fluently English to sort out the situation! In 10 years of traveling my first bad review!
