Pros +
- It was clean and well appointed
- Location was good because you can walk to the village. And it was, despite the hotel is on the road, silent. We went in May, so not in high season.
- Good location, nice part with the restaurant, rooms clean
Cons -
- The greeting was unfriendly and matter of fact!
- The room was small, smaller than I had pictured; suitable for sleeping, not for staying. I did not like the breakfast .. but I think has become a habit for more and more places .. that is room prices are reasonable, but they charge you a lot for breakfast (15 euros each, so 60 for a family of four per day) and that price is not worth what you eat. I had just wrong expectations, more homemade and fewer supermarket items. After the first day, I decided it was better to drive to Fontaine Francaise, where I could find a good boulangerie and a Bistro, where we had, for half the price, a breakfast that was far better in taste and abundance.
- The ‚new’ part looked shabby, with an uninviting large ashtray full of cigarettes ends, staff not so friendly

Very friendly welcome, perfect room for a family in a beautiful French village, perfect stop over on our way to a ski holiday
Pleasant
Room not ready when we arrived. Overall rooms should be cleaned. Dust, spider webs and even old packet of chips under the bed. Shower head not fixable. Heater’s thermostat broken.
Easy to get to.
Heating was broken, -1 degrees outside, 2 young kids and wife froze. Manager never offered a refund, just explained that the boiler was broken. I understand these things happen but get electric heaters or give a refund. Booking in procedure after hours was shocking. Myself and friends who arrived later also couldn’t follow the instructions. Ended up in the wrong room and had to move halfway through the night.
Beze is magnificently beautiful, with a peaceful, slow-running river passing through the center of this medieval town. The restaurant serves amazing food and wine.
Though it was sufficient, we would have enjoyed a slightly larger room.
We spent just one night here and thought that this will be ok. The room was dated but clean and very comforable with an excellent shower. We booked the restaurant for supper not expecting it to be anything special. How wrong we were! A traditonal restaurant that was fully booked with wonderful service and first class fare. We will definintely be back!
Rooms are a bit dated but perfectly clean and functional
The food in the restaurant is outstanding so I would come to eat there again unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing as the croissants were dry and stale and the coffee very weak.
Unfortunately the decor is very tired and outdated There is no air conditioning and it was very stuffy in the room even with the window open.
Location . Restaurant very good indeed.
Foot high weeds to greet you. Staff drinking and smoking at the entrance . Dirty rooms. Extremely run down. Awful.
Polite staff, the room for 5 people was very spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast could be better for the proposed price.
excellent restaurant
the room was a bit bare and seemed to be in an annex
We liked the restaurant , the food was excellent
Room basic. Not very welcoming on arrival at hotel.
Room was large, clean comfortable. Bathroom had a great shower.Restaurant exceptionally good food, fixed price menus provided a good spread of prices. Wine list suited all with good expensive wines and very pleasant carafe of house wines .See photo of salad gourmand and pate de froie gras absolutely fab!
Worth taking a garden room, some early morning trucks go past but didn't spoil our stay
Friendly welcome, Excellent meal, good breakfast, dog friendly.
The room is comfortable and clean, but a bit "no frills." There is free parking on site. The restaurant is really very good and we had an excellent meal. The hotel is convenient for a walk around this lovely village with its charming village and impressive source.
There was nothing that I didn't like. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the room very adequate
Traditional appearance, good location and silent night and morning. Staff was good and kind.
Wifi wasn’t connected. It was very poor connection system. And manual in the room was wrong. Room clean also no good. There was dust in the bath room and bed room wall.
The restaurant is excellent and is the highlight Its a beautiful village Breakfastbwas fine Beautifuk village
The parking area needs resurfacingThe room was not properly clean. Hairs found from previous guestsThe shower is too powerful.Bathroom towels poor quality and piled in unorganised pile. Nowhere to hang towels
Beautiful village, fantastic restaurant and bar. Great breakfast.
Location was great, at the center of little Bèze town.
We were given a room that was quite small (there was just the space to walk between beds), the only window was on a slanted ceiling (it rained so we couldn't open it). The bathroom was large but the appliances needed improvement. Cleanliness could be improved.
