Basic but comfortable.

Great location right on the main piste and very near the lifts. The mini swimming pool and steam room were a great addition after a day on the slopes.

British tourists should know this is a very small and local ski resort ideal for young kids learning to ski.. The hotel is right on the slope and the village is small and quiet. The restaurant and bar are very lively and the only social attraction around. There is not much else to see/do.However, it’s very near all the main resorts (45 mins). We rented a car and drove to a different one each day and found it incredibly straightforward. You can park right by the lifts for free (or maximum 12 euros a day) even in peak season and get reasonably priced day passes. This freedom to try out different places and chase the best conditions was a bit of a revelation even though we ski every year. The other bonus was that ski hire next to the hotel was very reasonable and lovely staff.

It would be unfair to criticise anything given the very reasonable rates the hotel charges and small number of stars it has. It’s a very basic hotel (the WiFi was not working) and probably more like an inn. But the rooms were cosy and the staff very nice.

Great breakfast and restaurant, great situation and great welcome from staff. Excellent place for skiing or trekking.

The room was a little warm but not a big deal.

The location of the hotel is superb if you want to ski in the local ski-resort Hirmentaz. All the hotel's facilities are perfect -- the Wellness room with great pool and the view, very practical ski-room, and very good public parking in front of the hotel (though, it may be crowded when you come during the day, occupied by all the skiers). The staff was very kind and tried to satisfy all our requests. They also prepared for us a child crib (for our 1-year old baby) and we have been given a bigger room ❤️.

Location, the view, the people, the food are all amazing.

In the bathroom there isn't a shower curtain, and the towels weren't changed not once.

Nice location, great pool and spa area. Lovely in both the winter and summer.

Unfortunately the woman was quite rude and mad that we had booked via Booking and not by calling them directly, as they lose 15% of the revenue. Ironically, we never would have found this place if it weren’t for Booking. Unfortunately her hostility was there for the duration of our stay. Otherwise our stay and the other staff were very nice.

The room and bed - comfortable, the view of the restaurants over the mountains and the kind staff. The spa is apparently amazing but we did not get a chance to see it with our busy schedule
