Breakfast is OK, location is great!

The room is massive, actually it was more like a suite because the door opened into a kitchen area which contained a sink, stove, microwave and fridge. Next was the bedroom which led into the passage with the bathroom at the end. The bedroom has working air conditioning which is essential at this time of year.

The hotel is positioned high above the road so there are lots of steps leading to the reception and rooms. This makes carrying heavy baggage tricky.

Good location, close to the centre, quiet rooms, comfortable beds...

Only two of the TV channles were working, the rest of them kept freezing.

The staff was great and very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Also, the location was fantastic with parking right out front. While it's a little older, everything has been kept up and it's very comfortable. The building is great and unique in style and we all appreciated it.

The shower head in my room wasn't great - the hard water deposits have clogged it and it has affected the water pressure and water doesn't run from all of the holes.

The hotel's location is superb for walking around the city. Breakfast is also better than expected. Hotel is old and is due for renovation, but also very very clean. Value for money is really great.

I liked the location of the hotel.

I requested an early check-in, wanted to arrive between 12:00-13:00, they confirmed it, then when we actually arrived around 13:30-14:00 the room was not ready. We had to wait another 20 minutes till we could go into our room. (Officially the check in time was after 14:00 anyways but the room was not ready until around 14:30) Previously, they called me stating that I have changed the booking to a different date - I did not and the man I talked to warned me in a quiet rude manner that having a dog with me would cost extra and he wouldn’t want me to complain about the additional cost when we pay, which we already discussed and I obviously accepted when I asked how much it would cost to bring a dog. Overall, they were rude before we even arrived there and decided we are going to be problematic guests.

The room was not clean and very bad smell uncomfortable bed the room and shower room had no windows.I been there for 1 night which I did book and pay online €42, but the owner of the hotel said that the payment didn't go through so I had to pay in cash. Another €47. I been charged twice

In the city center, a short walk from a fast charging station for EV cars (thanks, Szekszárd). When the receptionist saw us, we got a bigger room (there was a smaller surcharge for the child). Good breakfast and baby chair.

Hotel doesnt have own parking space for guests.

(+) Polite staff, clean rooms, great location (around 3mins to the city center). Acceptable breakfast. Fast WiFi connection. It’s really good to stay for one night if you’re going somewhere else.

(-) the hotel needs a renovation ASAP, our bathroom was a total disaster. It was very clean, yet very unpleasant to use. There is no park space nearby and we were scared about our car left on the other side of the street (luckily nothing happened).
