The hotel is very comfortable and charming. We enjoyed the pool and dined at the highly rated restaurant. It was fun exploring the town of Ainhoa.
Beautiful area and views The staff is really nice My room was big and comfy Good restaurant

Eliene (I hope spelling correct), from the moment she received and welcomed us, made us feel comfortable and welcomed! And Bruno, who managed the front desk in the evening, was just as pleasant. Oh, and both spoke very good English, not that we expect all to speak English, but their ability to speak the language was a huge plus for us. Xavier or Xabi, restaurant staff, was just as nice and helpful--and speaks English very well, too! Oh, and Chef Philippe's squid or chippiron dish--I can have that dish daily!

Beautiful old hotel, tastefully renovated, peaceful location, terrific breakfast
Ventilation not so good, mould in the bathroom, pillows tired
Facilities are beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't get to use the pool due to heavy thunderstorms but it looked wonderful. Breakfast and dinner very nice. They made us feel very special. Thank you.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was ideal, close to the village but not noisy.
We thought the Restaurant menu was very limited ie three possibilities in the least expensive menu, two fish ones and pigeon. This is unlikely to suit most tastes and it was expensive for the small portions we were served.
The hotel is in a beautiful village. The views from the balcony were exquisite…the room was beautiful and roomy. The pool was perfect. Dinner was superb.
The shower/tub was a bit dangerous as the glass panel is not stationery. A bit difficult to get in and out and can be slippery. Extra caution was necessary.
Location, fine restaurant inside the hotel, professional staff, family run.
The staff were excellent also the location, close to the village. The swimming pool was great also the dinners, if a little expensive.
The area seems to suffer with flies which can be a problem with windows opening and in local restaurants
the manager, a Spaniard, was welcoming, helpful, very warm
absolutely nothing! Swimming pool was fantastic!
Beautiful property with luxurious facilities. Close walk to town and impeccable service. We enjoyed the views from the room terrace and the lovely gardens.
It was a fantastic hotel experience. The levels of service and hospitality were impeccable. The restaurant is exceptional, I think possibly the best food I have tasted and to be lucky enough to dine on the terrace overlooking the pool and lovely countryside. Wow!Thank you for a really terrific stay.
Building Breakfast Garden
This was a nice, clean traditional hotel in a very pretty area. The manager was very helpful. We had an excellent dinner there.
We had stayed here before Covid and it was great to meet some of the same staff who had been at the hotel a few years ago. The location is very pleasant well away from the centre of the village with great views of the Pyrenees and easy access to walks. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful without exception - an object lesson in what great hospitality looks like. The dinner is exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was large with a separate sleeping and sitting area plus a balcony. We'd thoroughly recommend staying there.
Nothing - I can't think of anything I'd change
Breakfast good choice of tasty food. Location superb with the most beautiful views. Being a short walk away from the village centre gave the hotel a great sense of serenity and peacefulness. Evening meals were very good.
I don’t know.
Lovely traditional building in a beautiful village - fine dining opposite the large pool
The rooms are functional but a bit spartan
