Location & friendly staff!

The bedroom was very hot, even with radiator turned down, impacting sleep

We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect.

The ski storage area was outsourced and there was no designated storage for guests of the hotel, so your equipment is left in the shop, where everyone is passing and is consequently mixed with other equipment. There were a couple of large groups staying in the hotel at the time, these groups were loud, inconsiderate and made using the hotel facilities such as the spa, very disruptive and not at all relaxing. This also interferred with meal experience in the restaurant and use of the bar. We were on holiday for a relaxing break, not to be among very large loud groups that you could only escape by staying in the room, which was tiny.We wanted a quiet short break away as a couple in a nice hotel, for what was included with half board, we have stayed in hotels that offer more, in a more relaxed environment and at a better price.

Location of the hotel was excellent, food in restaurant was very good, spa facilities were good, staff in ski shop were extremely helpful. There was everything we needed for our ski holiday at the hotel

Rooms for a family of 3 were manageable but tight.

SPA was super clean, hotel was super clean, breakfast great and who set-up at hotel was perfect. Room was on the small side, but other than that, perfect

The property was in the perfect location to ski in and out as well as being near to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It was great having a spa in the hotel and a bonus having Nuxe Products in our bathroom! The hotel offered free still and sparkling water and hot drinks in the bar as well as board games to play with friends and family which was a lovely touch.

We had three rooms booked, two on the first floor one on the third floor. The rooms on the first floor were noisy at night due to furniture being moved around in the restaurant and bar. All of our rooms were far too hot! We had to turn off the radiators and keep our windows and doors open all night which meant we heard the slopes being groomed all night as well as loud conversations from people coming back from bars in the middle of the night.

Near to ski slope, a few mins walk to resort centre. The staff in the ski room are particularly nice and helpful. There are complementary drinks and free games available at the bar lounge.

The front desk staff can be more helpful to assist with the heavy luggages.

Mixed feelings about our stay; the receptionist who greeted us the first day was very unfriendly and she did not give us a warm welcome at all. The hotel skirental gave us a lower price, which was, however, not reflected in our hotel invoice at the end. When asked about this, nothing could be done. Rather small room, and bearly any closet space. Possibly we got a childrens room because we asked for twin beds.

Guys at the hotel skirental were very friendly and always helpful. The location is truly wonderful: right next to the slope. Inside parking is a plus.

Amazing location right by the slopes. Great staff. Amazing spa. Coffee, hot chocolate, popcorn and sparkling water all for free! Plus free pool and arcade games.

Rooms a little small and basic. But honestly this is a minor issue. The hotel is great.

Location is very convenient at the bottom of the main ski lifts. Breakfast is good. Bedrooms are good with nice view. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Very good family hotel to ski in La Plagne. It has a great spa with a pool, sauna, hammam and ice room, parking (payable) and a good activity area for families with quite spacious play zone for kids (with different games, arcades, etc) and a drink zone for adults. Family rooms are not very big, but kids zone in a room with double bed is definitely a good idea. Breakfasts also are quite good with a machine for squeezing oranges. And they have a very good ski/snowboards rental shop with just amazing staff! Guys, you're amazing! Very welcoming and supportive!

The rooms are a bit outdated, it's not critical, but it feels like they need to be updated in the future. In addition, the ventilation was not perfect, and we had to constantly open the windows.

Proximity to the slopes. Staff at ski shop were very helpful every morning to get the skis at the front of the hotel.Buffet at breakfast and dinner was varied and staff were very attentive to the guest.Facilities in terms of bar, spa, games arcade were a great addition for after ski entertainment.The staff at reception were available to assist with ski passes and transfers to airport.

Rooms too small

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the ski lifts. The staff is exceptionally kind, the rooms are spacious and pleasant and families with children have a perfect solution with the spa complex, the pools, the playground and more. The ski shop is also great, with a very professional and helpful staff.

The entrance to the parking lot is very narrow and with a large vehicle there is a gap of millimeters. Vegetarians/vegans have a little less choice at dinner and a lack of vegetables in general, even at breakfast.

Service was really bad, some people were friendly but clearly not a good working climate because of management.
