Hotel Admiral Ptuj

The staff was great and willing to help as much as they could!

The hotel is old and needs improvement. The carpet was dirty and full of what it looks like cigarette burns. It was cold in the rooms, at 3 degrees outside during the night, the heating in the hotel was not working.

Proximity to historical sites, grocery stores and outdoor fitness equipment.

Facilities need new carpets and paint.

A very beautiful hotel. Modern, clean, big room. We loved it.

Clean, close to railway station and old town. Breakfast ok.

Aircon was problematic. A lot of corridor noise.

Very friendly staff. Great place to spend the night, clean and comfortable.

Location is central, walking distance to all important sightseeings. Breakfast was ok.

The room was so small that we were not able to sit straight in the toilet. The only possible way was to sit sideways with your legs sticking out of the door. We also kindly asked at the reception to have a room changed for a queen bed one and they told us that the hotel is booked out- there were 3 tables occupied during the breakfast and there were empty rooms in the hallway. Based on the fire evacuation plan our room of course was the tiniest there is. Receptionist did not care and just kept on sayin the hotel is fully booked. Also the elevator smelled like canalization. Very disappointing.

The lady at the reception desk was very kind and explained everything about the hotel to us.The bread at the breakfast was really fresh.

Right in the middle of town, but not noisy. 1 min from bus station and 2 mins from train station. Friendly staff, excellent showers. Highly recommended

The rooms were a bit too stuffy

It's a small hotel with a casino, which is great! The rooms are clean and tidy, small but sufficient if you'll be spending most of your time exploring the city of Ptuj. The reception staff were friendly and explained everything about our stay.

The downside is that it is quite noisy, as the hotel is near the road, and you can also hear through the walls, as well as the bathroom fan. The staff responsible for breakfast could also be more friendly and maintain a level of professionalism.

The receptioist could have been more helpful. I walkwed into town and into the small hotel (Mitra, with the Roman ruin inside), and the recptionist there gave me gratis all the information I needed--about the spa, how to get there, which restaurants were open and how late on the holiday, etc. She even gave ne a discount ticket to the spa! This made me wish I had atayed there!

It was very close to the bus station.

Perfect location, free parking lot, good Wifi. Very comfy bed. Elevator.

Carpet in the room was stained. No fridge in the room.

As it’s attached to the casino even in the breakfast room it is being advertised.Lumpy pillows!

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, good food, great location. I recommend it. We will come back.
