The place has a lot of potential. Clean and well decorated building. Good spa facilities.

Unfortunately we were really surprised that some of the staff didn't speak even a word of any language other than Hungarian. We tried to contact the reception through the telephone to ask them if we could check up later than 8 o'clock. They hung up the phone two times without saying a word, which put us in a frustrating situation, unsure if we could check in on time or not. We found this quite unprofessional and highly suggest that the staff takes some basic language course, so this situation like ours do not happen again.

Was cold in the room, the heat was an aircon and at room 101, autside the wall, where all the machines and you could not sleep beacuse you felt is a truck under your windows.

- everything (terrible hotel with terrible service, room is very small and dirty, look on the attached pictures- this is how it looks like in the reality. Awful shower full of fungi in each corner, for hot tap water you must wait couple of minutes, shower tap much corroded, cold in the room, to heat it up you need to use A/C unit which after switching on starts spreading bad smell full of fungi - so I decided to sleep in a cold room, now I am ill - many thanks!!!Extreme problems to communicate with staff in English - they speak only Hungarian, don’t know even basic English words like bread, tea, etc.Breakfast is terrible - lady with piece of paper comes to you and shows you the choice - usually you get only scrambled eggs without anything else - you need to ask for a bread, but they don’t understand what you want….Coffee was finished, nobody refiled, what for…All dishes during dinner were cold, staff completely not interested in assisting you in anything.I paid during check-in for all, but they wanted to charge me again while check-out - needed to show the invoice to prove - absolutely embarrassing and ridiculous. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Lovely view of the river. Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. On the second evening a fantastic trio playing string instruments which was the highlight for us.

Other than the soup, the mealsWere luke warm which isn’t for us. Everything in the hotel closed at 8pm including the restaurant and bar. On our last morning a conference was being held in the hotel breakfast room which was a bit off putting.

Breakfasts and dinners were tasty.

The pool did not work and they did mention it. We had to wait for dinner for 1,5 hours last evening. The jacuzzis were unbearably hot. When we went to the wellness part it was closed. We had to chase the staff to open it. They did not fix bed side lamps the whole time but we mentioned it at the arrival.

I received a dirty room full of mosquitoes and spiders, it has not been cleaned for a long time

The receptionist and the staff were friendly and really tried to communicate with us in English to meet our requirements as soon as possible. The location is beautiful and quiet - at least on that Friday night we were there. There is a mosquitos net at the door to the balcony which was really necessary. The balcony was enough for a table and 2 chairs, it was not shared with other rooms, and it was facing the terrace and the lake. Fresh, delicious breakfast and good coffee. Clean towels and shower gel bottles. The 2 working air conditioners were a bless since there were around 35 degrees Celsius outside. Parking place on the property free of charge.

The receptionist and the staff barely spoke English. The breakfast which was supposed to be included in the cost of the room as a bonus from Booking.com, and with no additional costs, was in fact included in the invoice fully, and even if we tried to explain the situation we could not make the receptionist understand that. So, we paid it, of course.The room I booked on Booking.com for 4 persons was NOT the one we received -VERY big difference, poor maintenance of the room - spider webs, and ruined window blind. Questionable level of cleanliness - one of the sheets was stained/dirty and we requested to be changed.Overall, we remained at the location because we were in transit, and really tired after more than 12 hours on the road, and it was only one night. But, we won't be back and neither recommend the location. I usually do not give bad reviews, but we were very disappointed.I'm sorry. I hope you will improve your services.

checked the location from the centre before booking and i thought it was close to the airport. Very far. They don't speak English so i struggled. waste of money and energy

We spent only one night there, but the experience was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, great views one the lake and very nice ambiance. We wish we could have spent more time there.

The host responded quickly for our late check in request. The location is nice and quiet.

The host politely accepted our late check in request, but we were suprised at 1am that they left the key for the room for 2 guests although we made reservation for a room for 4 guests. Spent the night sleeping in a car. No apologies, nothing, they blame booking for their obvious fault.

Nice location next to the river. When sleeping you here the sound of nature. Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice clean. Comfortable bed.

One of best Place I found in Hungary.Food is amazing, service friendly and always ready. I was on biz trip, but certainly I will come back for a weekend. Worth a stay

The staff were friendly enough in spite of not speaking any/too much English. The restaurant has a small play area for kids which was good in our case. Possibly in the summer it could be a better experience in terms of location (next to the lake). The room was a good size (in spite of the strange layout and all the other aspects mentioned at the negatives).

We had an overnight stop. After reading reviews, I wasn't putting my hopes up too high but even so we have been disappointed with the room. To begin with it was very cold. The state of the room was not too good, both in terms of cleanliness and decor/upkeep. Dirty walls, patches of the wall painted a different colour, the shower hose from the bath tub broken, plus the 'shower cabin' had mould at the bottom and it was very impractical. The breakfast was buffet style but very limited in options (rolls, cheese and cold meats, a few vegetables, one type of jam, chocolate, honey and cereals). It was okay, but definitely would have expected more choice. All in all I think it is very overpriced. I don't know if we had a 'bad room' or if all rooms are like that, but we haven't really enjoyed the stay and wouldn't recommend it. Maybe in summer it's a better experience, but guess the state of the rooms and the cleanliness wouldn't be that much different.

Great location on the river. Delicious food! Air conditioning worked great. Spacious room. Enjoyed the colored room lights and room darkening shade. Super comfy beds!

Despite the fact that they promised me that I would have a sandwich every morning because I explained to them that I had to be at customer plant at 8:00 in the morning, I did not receive any sandwich in the 5 days although the breakfast was included in the price of the accommodation.Badly trained staff. I could not talk to anyone in English. The hotel staff did not even enter my room to take my trash. I can prove it with pictures.

Structure is nice and clean in a nice and relaxing environment

Breakfast to be improved. No yogurth and poor selection of fresh fruit.
