The hotel room and spa complex, massages amazing.

The main restaurant was reconstructed ?and temporary restuarant was very crowded, during breakfast/ dinner horrible noise, tables close to each other, zero privacy, very bad. ?

It is very very(!) good spa-hotel with one of the best kitchens in all europe. The food is delicious and plenty! And rooms are comfortable and service is very good. All of the staff are there to make you happy. I really appreciate it, the people are the best.

It is under constant massive attact from czech elderly people. They are everywhere, but you will get used to them, they are all there to enjoy food and spa.

Kid-friendliness, generous meals, drinks and mealtimes, spacious rooms, fun kids' pools, great playroom for small kids. It's really great in summer, but it's big enough for a few days' stay in winter, too.

Room cleaning could have been more thorough. Charging extra for gym (don't know about sauna) is a bit off-putting if you're booking "all-inclusive".

The food and the spa

Only wine and beer was included in the all inclusive

Delicious food and friendly staff. Very convenient internal path to the Sarvar Spa.

There was a smell in the bathroom occasionally.

- connection to the spa (you can go directly to the spa in your bathrobe from your room)- unlimited entry to the spa- kettle in the room- excellent food (all inclusive)- well marked allergens in all inclusive, great selection of food for allergy sufferers, vegetarians, vegans, etc.- drinks available from 7 a.m. to 9,30 p.m. - friendly and helpful staff- nice surroundings

- too soft beds and too high pillows (uncomfortably for us)- too warm room (we had the air conditioning off and we were ventilating through the window)- there was no towel under the feet in the bathroom- warm wine (as part of all inclusive)- sometimes a completely meaningless translation into Czech in the dining room (food names)

The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, polite and efficient and the cleaning ladies helped me when my boy of two years was sick, so you really feel welcome and treated like a guest. Receptionists speak bout German and English and some of the staff at the restaurant also.The food was great the whole day from breakfast till dinner, the quality is high and variety of choice is huge. Just in the near of the hotel you can find the free parking zone, and the staff allowed us to park in front of the doors to take out our luggage. Family spa is little paradise for children and the saunas are just 7 € per day, which is honestly pretty cheap. Location is perfect bout from Vienna and Zagreb, one and half and 2 and half hours and I think they should really invest in marketing for Croatian guests also ! I can only recommend the hotel!

Most staff were exceptionally nice. All requests were dealt with promptly. The spa is wonderful. Food was very tasty and so much of it! The room had a spacious balcony. There was somewhere to dry wet stuff.

The choice of hot dishes for vegetarians was limited compared with meat eaters.

The food, the spa and the scooter rental. Big safe.

Some 1st floor rooms are very noisy if show is going on in the lobby. Cleaning staff is not too effective during stay.

Food is reach and good

pools are overcrowded and there is no place for swimming (at least in winter)

Perfect place for a family getaway.

The building is a bit old and we had to pay for the fitness center, what wasn’t specified before.

Friendly waiter. The water bath center is especially convenient. Nice view very quiet town. Very busy hall. Nice place to spend the weekend.

Single quilts are a little small and has some stains on it.

Eveything All Love everything. Worth the money. Free food, drinks and beer. Clean room. I am impressed. Second time here.

Staff and Spa Team were splendid

There was not enough variaties for food at lunch and dinner there was only 3 maincourses dishes that we didnt like none of them and we musst teplace it woth vegetables and soup.But the stay in all was good and relaxing.

The staff was helpful and cheerful.

The fact that it was quite dirty and many parts of the facilities were damaged. The bathroom hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in months for sure.

great wellness services, outer parking space. Rooms nice, spacious and tidy. food much better than last time, the improved the food a lot. we'll come again.

ALL good, they forgot the cot, but brought it after we asked at reception.

The hotel is getting a bit old, the food is repeating quite a lot, good for 2-3 days, but not a week.

Very poor wi-fi connection. Tv was not working properly. Water pressure was bad in the bathroom.

Spacious room, good cleaning. All inclusive concept is well realised. Good food quality and choice, including vegan and kids options. Some dishes were high-level cuisine.Connection to the thermal facility with many options for relaxation for the whole family. Big green territory.

Pillows need to be changed, too old. It would be great to have bigger spa towels and the possibility to change them. In rainy weather they are always wet.
