Pros +
- We enjoyed our one night stay, especially the bathing pool, great dinner, fitness room, and attentive service that made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and clean, and we had everything we needed. I only wish we could stay longer, as the hotel has a nice relaxing atmosphere.
- Everything - all the efficient, helpful and friendly staff, room size and comfort, excellent and varied choice of delicious food, relaxing pools as well as location. In short, a perfect holiday destination particularly for those without young children.
- I stayed with a friend in rooms 304 and 308. Nicely furnished rooms, balcony, air conditioning was good, small bathroom but equipped with all facilities. The construction of the building in the form of a cylinder with a green space in the middle is pleasant. I liked the hotel park and the fact that you could find sunbeds at any time. Even though there were many parking spaces, they were always full. The restaurant had a variety of food, very tasty. A supermarket is located 200 m from the hotel exit.
Cons -
- I'm not sure if the breakfast and dinner buffet can handle full occupancy, the space was quite limited and it was a bit hard to move around (and the hotel wasn't full, although still quite busy).
- Sheets and beach towels were small and not absorbent (not fluffy). The schedule for dinner was from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. When we arrived (Sunday, July 28) at 8 p.m., we didn't really find many dishes and at 8:30 p.m. all the dishes were taken away by the waiters. Why? Along a long corridor were many showcases displaying various interesting products. But all the shops were closed during the 3 days I stayed here.
- Shame that jacuzzi bubbles run only 1x in an hour, not enough during peak hours Hotel guests pay extra fee for parking

Friendly staff, location, clean room, bathrobe and slippers in the room

It's an amazing place! It was really well organised, quiet, and beautifully set among lime trees and birdsong. The pools were great! We didn't have a need to go to the main Sarvar furdo. It is a big hotel, but the set-up is such that you really don't feel crowded at all. The mealtimes are long enough to accommodate everyone. The staff is absolutely professional and really helpful. The food was fantastic! Lots of choice including meet-free dishes.

70s vibe
- Its more for elderly, not for family. Of course we booked the wrong hotel, nothing wrong with them. - we didnt expect that we need to pay parking fee- the room service was not available already before 10am
spa facilities, food
non-availability of Czech or Slovak TV channels
Hotel, Sarvar, thermal pool, sauna.
Meal was better last year but still is ok. You have to be very carefully when you order something and put it on room, for 2 beers you will have 2 tips to pay...also be care with the payment, otherwise echange rate could be important, equal with parking tax. This should be clarified before, because at the end price booked is not equal with price paid.
It is not new but very cozy and tasty. Service is settled well. Very clean, staff is welcomed, 3 pools with different waters, incl. +36 were super. Very pleased to stay.
All staff should speak English, not only young people on reception. The staff couldn’t correctly inform about taxi cost to Vienna airport.
Good breakfast and dinner (half board), reliable wi-fi, easy parking. Wellness is open from 6:30-20:00, so one can use it before breakfast and also on the day of departure (before 11:00). Indoor thermal bath is quite large.
The thermal water could be warmer (it is only 36 deg). Sauna area is relatively small compared to the size of the hotel. Restaurant could be crowded. There is a little chance to get a place in the bubble bath.
Spacious and comfortable room, good beds, excellent breakfast and dinner, good spa experience
3 pools with warm water, not very big, but also not crowded, thus fully sufficient; choice of saunas; plenty of food with quick personnel (many of them try basic communication in your language, what is nice), some variety between days, good desserts, fine overall; balcony on the third floor with nice view into the park with very high trees (but other rooms can face other directions like pool, road, etc.); bathroom small but sufficient with bathtub; parking spots available for a little fee; EV charger available
Matrasses rather soft – maybe plus for someone, but not for us; even though hotel is a no smoking one, there was occasional smell in our room somewhere from other rooms; very poor wifi in our corner room (usable for emails; but even basic browsing was often very slow), in the central parts of the hotel it was better; be careful of ticks in the park (but hotel has has its own doctor during regular hours, so feel free to ask for help)
Spa, food, room, everythig was ok.
They did not change towell even I asked for cleaning. Charging if you want bathrobe after a while, generally they are charging everthing should be done free, even water / glass of wine / beer at the buffet. Better ask before.
Nice hotel, good for spa regeneration, beautiful park around with bamboo grove and sequoias.
Buffet dinner and breakfast were superb with wide selection of foods and sweets! Hotspring Indoor swimming pools were amazing! Staffs were friendly and attentive.
Pleasant
A small selection of dishes at dinner. During the stay, the hotel restricted the operation of the sauna. There was little heating in the hotel, it was cold. The breakfasts were not very varied. We won't go to the hotel again.
The stay was very comfortable; everything you need to enjoy the spa is provided. The food was excellent and plentiful. The staff is accommodating. Thus even though the rooms do not offer all the little things like tissues or cotton buds you would expect in a four-star hotel we think we will come here again. Not to forget, the surrounding arboretum is beautiful and great for walking.
Good location.
The reluctance of the reception, very wet floor in the pool area.
The room size is pretty decent but the bathroom is quite small. The breakfast was good with many options for almost all tastes. The dinner very good (type buffet) but not so many options in terms of drinks. The location is is good but a bit boring because there are not many things to do.
A minus is that some staff from the hotel do not speak English and is pretty hard to communicate. Also, as a minus from my point of view was the fact that deck chairs were never clean up during our stay.
Room was large and clean. Breakfast and dinner were good. The hotel is in big garden with lot of wonderful trees and there are big amount of sun beds enough for all guests who want to use them.
Our room was on upper floor without balcony, so we did not have place where to hang our wet swimming costumes after bathing. The weather was last days very hot, so our room was overheated. The air condition was weak and was not able to cool the room properly.Pools need to be renovated and the outside swimming pool is too small for this size of hotel.
