Thermal bath, massage fantastic buffet breakfast and dinner

Both breakfast and dinner are of high quality, offering variety, organic products, and options for special diets. One of the best kitchens—congratulations! I've been happily coming back for over 12 years on every occasion.

I was deeply disappointed by the electric charging service. The partnership with a collaborator of very low standards—slow, non-functional, and lacking communication—does not reflect the level expected. For a 5-star hotel in the year 2025, this aspect definitely needs improvement.In all the countries I've traveled to, charging was an accessible and easy process, and more than that: it was free of charge at 4- and 5-star hotels. Sárvár is an important point on Hungary’s tourism map, and Spirit certainly has the potential to offer superior services that match its reputation—especially considering its commitment to protecting the environment and the planet, its extensive use of solar panels, and not to mention the competitive offer of its 4-star neighbors near the city's spa center.

Spa sessions were very nice, we always could find a place. Pools were amazing! The lake area around is also nice

Very few of the staff spoke English. Food was too average for a 5* hotel - meat was often dry, not a great variety of salads, just raw vegetables, deserts were just not tasty. I didn't find the SPA price list in the room - I had no idea what treatments does the SPA facility has (and asking downstairs was tricky as again - English is an issue).

The relaxing atmosphere, excellent spa, the spacious and comfortable room, the great selection of food for breakfast and dinner, good location

Excellent food, clean rooms, clean pools, excellent wellness services...Smiling staff, simply a well-deserved award-winning hotel. We've been here three times, and we're always satisfied. We'd love to come back again to relax!

Everything was just perfect. Spa is excellent, staff is very friendly, speaking a lot of languages. The food was excellent with a high verity and very delicious.

It is probably a little bit too crowd during the holiday season but the personal were doing their best to handle that. we did not know about some facilities right away, like a salty room (for example) so we did not use it from the start.

I was very satisfied with the Spirit Hotel, even though the hotel was full at the time of our stay, there was always space and peace in the wellness area. The hotel's cuisine is excellent and very diverse

Spa facilities are great, clean, big area so everyone has their own space even when the hotel is busy. Dinner choice was truly impressive and the food is delicious.

Quality of breakfest , dinner was very good, including nearby swimming pool.accompanying music in the afternoon , even not noisy was not necessary

cleaning room services messages were unclear . Clear is pls, Make up my room or Do not distrurb, Why should I call reception?

Excellent hotel, with thermal pools, many to choose from, a wide variety of body treatments and massages to choose from, fitness, saunas with aroma, without aroma, modern, clean facilities, very friendly staff although many only speak Hungarian but there will always be someone who speaks English or German. It has places in the pools for children, a daycare, they accept pets but not in the pool area, only in the rooms and they are on a single floor of the hotel. They have live music every night in the hotel bar. I highly recommend this place, for family vacations, romantic plans for couples or simply with friends.

Our bed was little hard, but is not bad is just that I have little back problems.

The hotel is living up with its 5- Star category. Upon entering, you can sense the elegance, and it really smells good wherever you go. The ambiance, the staffs esp. receptionists and watchers at the poolside. Everyone’s very welcoming. Although we came at 11:30, way too early for check-in, to our surprise they gave us the room assigned to us.

Very good SPA hotel with a lot of swimming pool, termal pools and baths as well as with the wide variance of spa procedures. Dinners are 10 out of 110. Very nice interior of the hotel, spa and temal zone.

the only comment is about exterier of the building may be some more modern design would be additional benefit

Spa is very good, especially for adult. Something more could be done for childrem, There is a baby pool, but ir would be nice to have also some kids atractions. Breakfast excelent, dinner also, maybe there could be something more from the domestic cuizine.

There was nothing really disturbing, nice place, nice stuff.

Wonderful place, superb spa & pool area, well equipped spacious fittness room, cosy 'Oriental Love' room with nice lodgia facing to the woods, lovely city park with a fairly big natural lake near the hotel, helpful and attentive staff.

Forgotten preordered champagne in the room, which we received later upon request. We had to wait very long in pool area restaurant for the drinks/food ordered.
