SPA and Breakfast were perfect

The room balcony is almost like shared one

It was wonderful, it was super clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful and friendly, we recommend it for a little break, and for a relaxing time.

New rooms and facilities, direct connection to the spa. Hotel is also surrounded by greenery and the river while also being centrally located.

The facilities at the Spa and the friendliness of the staff at the hotel itself.

The lady working at the gym at the spa is downright rude. She can also not speak a word of English. And though I appreciate that Austria is a German speaking country, one expects people working in and around an internationally renowned spa to have at least a basic command of the English language (my mother tongue is also not English so this is not a view based on my personal preference).

The staff is friendly and helpful from the first moment. The rooms are tidy and the bed is really comfortable.The breakfast was just about perfect.There's various options in the spa and everything is clean and easy to access. certainly will come again.

Quality of spa cafeteria.

Room was an excellent size and the bathroom was functional.Bed was good size and very comfortable.Balcony had a beautiful view of the southern side of the town.

TV in room was not functioning.Despite a temperature control feature, the Air Con was only set to warm the room. Had to open the balcony door to keep the room temperate.

The room and spa were excellent. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant's menu islimited but the food really well prepared and staff very friendly.

The hotel's gym is not good enough for a hotel of this caliber and the gym at the spa is not open 24/7.The air conditioner in the room can not cool the room down. This causes the room to be too hot at night. One can sleep with the door open, and the mosquitos LOVE that too ....

Good and clean hotel. I can recommend this both for private and business stay.

Everything was okay and I would go back. The only minor downside was the limited selection of food in the restaurant.

Quiet location in parkland. Restaurant on-site (choice of fixed menu or á la carte)

A bit pricey if you do not want to use all the facilities.

The hotel decoration was very nice , breakfast was rich and sufficient.

Nudity was in the swimming pool and was a surprise for us

We stayed in the hotel to relax for a night after a few days hiking. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The little balcony was nice to relax on. We also loved the shower and coffee facilities. Breakfast was great and the hotel and surroundings are very pleasant. The spa area was perfect for us. The sauna was wonderful and the space to relax was great for what we needed. The pools were also not too crowded.

It would be great to have more water dispensers when in the sauna area. The food at the restaurant was also a little overpriced for the quality.

The outdoor swimming pool was perfect

They made us pay for the water park althogh it was closed by the time for our arrival. At the same time they requested us to pay for swimming in the day of check out

An absolutely amazing hotel! The room was large and beautifully designed, very clean, the bed was very comfortable, a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful park ! There are several pools, we used the hot one with the jakizzi. It was great!The breakfast was delicious and served in a stylish restaurant.The staff was very polite and helpful.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is in a good location in Leoben close to the town. Our room was large modern and clean nice comfortable bed.

The breakfast is basic but ok, the restaurant is expensive for what you get not really worth the money. The food was just ok.

The setting, scenerey and the spa

The main gym above the spa is only open between 9am and 9pm. Same hours as the spa.This is very restrictive when travelling for business.

The additional services to the accommodation like Massage and Meals in Restaurant were very poor. Incompetent and not polite Masseurs. The meal packages, in all stages were very cheep, and qualitatively poor.

Reception was super pleasent, check-in was easy and fast and the employees were nice. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was great, it had separate doors for toilet and shower which is nice and also had good amenities and blowdrier. The breakfast had a nice selection between, cheese and meats and pastries. The hotel is located close to the University which was great for us. I didn't use the gym but I used the spa. The complex is large and nicely designed, there are multiple heated pools and saunas, it's worth reminding that the saunas don't accept clothes/swimsuits therefore if you are not too keen on seing naked people maybe skip the spa. I was going to stay only 1 night but ended up change it for two nights, process was smooth and without any problems. Payment was done during check-out.

It would be nice to have at least one sauna that accepts clothing, not sure if there was any but I couldn't see it. Apart from that nothing much.
