I AM HOTELS Leoben

free parking, nice staff, excellent breakfast, a lot of fresh food and choices. late check in.

When I was the second time, I received a triple room with a third bad that wasn't comfy at all. First time I booked an apartment everything was great. So be careful what you choose when you book.

Free parking, very good breakfest, late check in, nice staff. Clean room.

Very good location, comfortable beds, all clean, god breakfast

Very big hotel, big rooms

Clean, well organized, good breakfast.

Too complicated and poorly explained automated check in process with prone to errors. Got my key card after the 6th attempt.

Wide breakfast's choice. Quit area.

Long time I found procedure how switch off bathroom ventilator. In the end I found in room instructions.

Great value for money with good breakfast.

Only German selfcheckin, but friendly staff helped.

It was very cool, great hideout for short stay

We cant add breakfast because its local the price was double so :(

Excellent location, parking on site available. Quite modern furniture and amenities, the room was impeccably clean and warm.

A bit on expensive side

The breakfast was really great with a lot of options to choose from. Myself who doesnt eat pork could manage really well with many other vegetarian and eggetarian options available. The staff at the breakfast and housekeeping is really friendly as well. I have stayed here three times so far and the best option in town.

It may be a bit overpriced for some people and could be more affordable.

Nothing couldn't get in

No access so had to go else where sort your access out not just me several other people in same situation you are a joke

-good price -amazing breakfast

Not so cosy, but good value for money

Great service - as my son forgot his watch after check out. They found it and kept it for 4 days for us to take it back. Very good breakfast Nice clean rooms

Nothing bad. Just do not expect more than a clean, modern students dormitory. No reception after 16:00 so you need to read and apply a complicated self check in procedure :)

This is a very nice accommodation for me, I like this type. Shared kitchen, private kitchenette, communal rooms, games. Now I got a quiet room with a nicer view, so I could sleep perfectly. I just checked out the small gym and sauna, but they're also a valuable extra that you don't find anywhere else.I rented an apartment nearby, I will live there, and if I lived even closer, I would be happy to work here as a kitchen assistant on a side job, since I started working in cold kitchens and breakfast services more than two years ago.

It is a typical mistake that drains are not checked and cleaned regularly, and this happened here too. The windows could also be cleaned more often, and I think there has been more opportunity to do so on warmer winter days.

Breakfast was great, quite a bit of choice for everything.

Sports facilities not as advertised: billiard table was unusable due to lacking/broken equipment, dart board non-existent, table tennis only in the summer.

The room was stunning. Clean. Had everything you needed. Tv. Fridge. Shower. Towels. Bedding all immaculate.

Had to book in. I pressed the English button. That didn't work. I payed in full online. But couldn't log in to the access check in. In the reception. Then had to call customer service. They wanted more money. I said no. I payed in full. Finally got a key. Hard to find room. Not posted very well.

The building is almost brand-new and very warm in the winter. The furniture etc are all new and well functioning.

Cutlery, dishes and pots are all located in a central room. Also, there they are not available in abundance, so it could likely occur that if the hotel is well booked that it is hard to get a hold of these things. There is no dish soap, sponges, salt, cooking oil etc. so one would need to bring that oneself. In my opinion, it is a must for the rooms that are rented out on booking.com that these things are available in the room itself.

Selfcheck-inplenty of parking spacesstrong windows, no noise was heard

the dishes are in the common room, so it depends on whether you have any left

I liked the self-registration.

The coffee machine in the hallway was malfunctioning. It took the money, didn't dispense a cup, and poured water.

Everything was good. Nice breakfast, daily cleaning room, very nice and helpful personel.

I do not know how it is possible but despite daily cleaning everything in the room was covered by dust….what is a little bit annoying if you are allergic to it.

Easy check in and parking. Rooms simply furnished student accommodation. Crockery and cookware were available from a room on the ground floor. Breakfast was available

Nothing major. It would have been nice to have some cleaning/drying materials to wash and dry the crockery we used, so that we could return them to the ground floor room for someone else to use
